Recent Update

3/7:Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez (elbow) will play first base for the first time in the Cactus League Tuesday before departing for the World Baseball Classic. A-Gon served as the designated hitter in the spring game Monday, so his injury is basically past him at this point. The 34-year-old slugger is certainly past his prime and hasn't been a major power factor for fantasy owners since he hit 31 homers for the Padres back in 2010. However, he still has solid plate skills, can hit for a decent average and is a cheap source of power and RBI in the late middle rounds once the top options are off the board.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

  • @McCulloughTimes: The Dodgers win, 6-2. They are 9-10. They avoid a sweep in Arizona, as McCarthy went deep and Gonzalez looked like Gonzalez.
