ANALYSIS: With the Grizzlies having a lot of injuries to growl about lately, Matt Barnes (along with others) has been asked to shoulder a bigger offensive responsibility. This comes with some good and bad. The good: Barnes has upped his scoring of late, producing double digit efforts in five of his last six games. Combine that with across the board production and you've got a very serviceable player. The bad: he is shooting more than he likely would and that's resulting in his shooting percentage dropping. He is shooting 32% from the field in March, and that's pretty bad.

It's an added bonus that he has at least one three-pointer in each of his last seven games. If you're strong in the FG% category, or if you just don't care about it, Matt Barnes looks to be a strong add for the home stretch.
