With college football seeing at least minor changes and realignment every season, it's becoming difficult to keep track of which teams and schools are in each conference. We're here to help with our complete list of all 136 FBS schools broken down alphabetically by conference. At the bottom of the article, you can find the complete list of the 136 schools sorted by alphabetical order. There will also be notes on potential future realignment plans for the 10 listed conferences.
As of now, there are 10 conferences and two FBS schools that are independent. Some schools have already agreed to change conferences in the future, but this list is accurately compiled for the upcoming 2025 college football campaign.
