BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues

OWNED IN: 55% of Yahoo! Leagues

ANALYSIS: Keon Broxton was one of the most coveted sleeper picks at the start of the 2017 season, and fantasy owners have no doubt been disappointed with his performance so far. However, Broxton has taken a leap forward in the month of May, slashing .287/.350/.543 over his last 25 games with five home runs and four stolen bases. He still strikes out at an enormous rate (39% as of this writing) but his high BABIP (.393) and decent walk rate (7%) have managed to keep him afloat. When Broxton is not striking out, he is usually either hitting the ball out of the park or is wreaking havoc on the bases. The 27-year-old is currently on pace for 18 home runs and 30 stolen bases, as well as 87 runs scored. While that pace may not be sustainable, Broxton has seen his hard contact rate and fly-ball rate decrease from last season, meaning an uptick in power may be coming. If Broxton can stay healthy and hit in the top half of the Brewers lineup, a 20HR 30SB season is not out of the question. Even with the strikeouts hurting his batting average, that kind of value is surely worth a roster spot in 12-team leagues and beyond.
