Sooner or later Williams will break out in a big way as we continue to see glimpses of it on the field. He is top 24 in rushing yards (247) while ranking even higher in catch rate (91.7%) and evaded tackles (22). But the downside is that he continues to be on the wrong side of a split backfield with Melvin Gordon. The limits in opportunities have affected his efficiency to date as indicative by his low rankings in fantasy points per game (9.4) and fantasy points per opportunity (0.72). Eventually, we will see him bust out in a big way. That could be in Week 6 as he faces a Raiders defense that has to be susceptible in points allowed to the position (19.0 FPPG). If Williams sees an increase in workload in this game, he could provide a solid value as a low-end RB2.
The 2026 NFL Draft is mercifully over after a three-day marathon in which several of the top fantasy talents landed in unenviable positions. It was a frustrating confluence of events, considering that this rookie class was already lighter on top-end fantasy talent than in recent draft classes. With that said, this class does have some […]
Now that the 2026 NFL Draft is in the rearview mirror, we have a much better grasp on how the ever-evolving NFL landscape will look for the upcoming season. Incoming rookies saw stocks both rise and fall over the three-day event. Landing spot, competition for reps, and draft capital are the three biggest levers that […]

My first article of the offseason focuses on undervalued players heading into the 2026 season. Every year, there are players who outperform expectations. […]
Every year around this time, as NFL rosters round into form, pundits are quick to reach for the rubber stamp and declare their offseason losers. An incoming free agent or draft pick shakes up the depth chart … LOSER! A coach says something vaguely concerning … LOSER! A player commits the unforgivable sin of aging […]
With the stink of a very mediocre 2026 NFL Draft now flushed into the past, draft sickos can finally focus on the absolutely loaded 2027 class. While it may seem early to think that far out, it is worth noting that several NFL teams have clearly focused their entire 2026 offseason around the 2027 NFL […]
