ANALYSIS: James Starks is supposedly targeting Week 10 for a return, which would give him a matchup against the Titans as a “welcome back”. Tennessee has been much better against the run than the pass this season (9th in run DVOA, 24th in pass), but we’re stashing Starks here for his long-term value as Green Bay’s only true running back. The Packers haven’t looked right for a while, and HC Mike McCarthy is likely aching for an RB he can trust to hold down the traditional role (even one as mediocre as Starks).
