Romeo Doubs Injury Update for Fantasy Football
As per reports, after suffering a chest injury against the Bears, Romeo Doubs went to the hospital for checkups. He later returned to the locker room, and his status is considered to be day-to-day.
This is a great piece of news for the Packers, as they are likely to get the 23-year-old emerging wide receiver for the game against the NFC's second seed, i.e., the Cowboys.
Jordan Love and the Packers have surprised many people this season, and they could potentially cause a big upset in the Wildcard Round. The Packers will also likely have Christian Watson and other key players back for the playoff game in Dallas.
Romeo Doubs Fantasy Football Outlook
In 17 games this season, Romeo Doubs recorded 59 receptions for 674 yards and eight touchdowns on 96 targets. He averaged 11.4 receiving yards per reception and 39.6 receiving yards per game in the Packers' 9-8 campaign.
Doubts scored a total of 144.9 points in half-PPR fantasy leagues this season and averaged 8.5 points per game. In the Wildcard Round, he will go against a Cowboys defense that is giving up an average of just 18.5 points and 187.4 receiving yards per game this season.
If Watson is also back for the game against the Cowboys, Doubs can have a bigger impact for his team as the entire defense will not be focused on him. The Packers head into the game against the Cowboys as a 7.5-point underdog.
