Gameweek 38 FPL Tips
Target Bournemouth or Arsenal Assets
As we approach the final day, it's evident that the EPL title race is over, but fantasy managers still need more points to win their mini-leagues. As a result, we'll shift our focus to teams that are still in the fight to finish strong.
AFC Bournemouth has had a fantastic season so far. The Cherries have already eclipsed their previous season's point total (48) and have a chance to finish in the top half when they play Leicester on Sunday.

Arsenal has already secured its place in next season's Champions League and has no fear of losing its second-place position. However, a mouth-watering away fixture against bottom-of-the-table Southampton makes the Gunners worth investing in for Matchday 38.
Arsenal's number one, David Raya, has kept 13 clean sheets this season and is tied with Nottingham Forest goalie Matz Sels. The Spanish international just needs one more clean sheet to beat Matz Sels and earn the Golden Glove honors for the second year in a row.
According to clean sheets odds projections, Arsenal has a 42 percent chance of shutting out the Saints. Thus, if you have numerous free transfers available, now is the ideal time to invest in Arsenal assets.

To this end, FPL managers are advised to prioritize selecting assets from either Bournemouth or Arsenal for Gameweek 38. According to goal projections, both Bournemouth and Arsenal are expected to produce a 2.40 xG (expected goals) against their respective opponents this week.
Recommended FPL assets for Gameweek 38
- Bournemouth: Evanilson, Justin Kluivert, and Milos Kerkez.
- Arsenal: Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice, and David Raya.

Jarrod Bowen (£7.9m) - West Ham
West Ham's skipper, Jarrod Bowen, has been phenomenal in recent weeks. The 28-year-old has amassed a total of 44 FPL points in his last five matches, contributing six attacking returns for the Hammers in that timeframe.
Taking on Ipswich on the final day, Bowen is our RotoBaller captain of the week, as he looks to help West Ham finish on a high note at Portman Road.
Mohamed Salah (£13.6m) - Liverpool
Once upon a time, "perma-captain" Mo Salah returns to our list of top captain picks this week. Despite having a great season with Liverpool, our Egyptian King, Mohamed Salah, has been on a dry spell lately, scoring only once in his last eight outings.
Matchday 38 provides an opportunity for the 32-year-old to silence the doubters, as Liverpool's final game against Crystal Palace will be held at Anfield, where they will raise their 20th Premier League trophy. With that in mind, Mo Salah is a compelling captain pick for Matchday 38.
Things haven't quite been going Mohamed Salah's way since his 15-point haul 😩

FPL Challenge: Final Five - Players to Target
The FPL Challenge section for the 2024-25 season is back, and RotoBaller remains your go-to source for valuable insights on selecting the right assets for any challenge.
The 37th challenge brought the Race for Europe series to an end with its final task, dubbed "Arsenal v. Newcastle," focused on players from Arsenal and Newcastle who earned double points. The final FPL challenge is here, bringing the 2024-25 season to a close.
Week 38 of the FPL Challenge involves selecting a team of five players with an unlimited budget. In this week's task, each goal scored is awarded double points, and you can only have one player per team.
RotoBaller's final five picks for this week's challenge are:
- In goal, Arsenal's David Raya in goal to bank on for a save point and clean sheets
- In defense, Newcastle's Tino Livramento is the perfect wingback to rely on for potential attacking returns as the Geordies host Everton this Sunday.
- In midfield, a duo of Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and West Ham's Jarrod Bowen will be our top midfield options. Mo Salah takes the spotlight as our captain of the week.
- In attack, Bournemouth's Evanilson completes the attack, rounding off our lineup in a 1-2-1 formation.
