MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Sonny Gray UNDER 5.5 Strikeouts (-110, DK) vs. LAA
I'll start the slate off with Sonny Gray's strikeout prop. Gray has picked his strikeout numbers up over the last two weeks, going from a 19.8% strikeout rate to a 23.9% strikeout rate. However, the Angels have been striking out less and less of late, going from a 20.2% strikeout rate over the last two weeks to an 18.6% strikeout rate over the last week. With that said, Gray projects to a 23.49% strikeout rate today, and just 4.78 strikeouts in this one.
Zack Wheeler UNDER 6.5 Strikeouts (-106, FD) vs. NYM
I'll take a look at a second strikeout under here with Zack Wheeler. The right-handed fireballer has been racking up the strikeouts this season, bringing a 27.2% strikeout rate into this one, but that number has dropped all the way down to 18.8% over the last two weeks. He'll take on a Mets lineup that doesn't strike out a lot by any means, bringing in just a 19.7% strikeout rate in 2023 and just 19.3% over the last 30 days. Wheeler projects to a 24.33% strikeout rate and just 5.79 strikeouts in this one.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Alec Bohm OVER 1.5 TB (+115, FD) vs. NYM
I'll take a look at a second prop in the Mets/Phillies showdown as we take a look at Alec Bohm's total bases prop. Bohm takes on Jose Quintana, who despite the 3.02 ERA actually brings in a 5.18 SIERA in 2023 and 5.42 SIERA over the last 30 days. Bohm, who walked Adam Ottavino off in last night's matchup, is bringing in a .539 wOBA over the last two weeks. He projects to a .409 wOBA today and 2.03 total bases.
Anthony Santander OVER 1.5 TB (+100, FD) vs. CLE
I'll wrap things up today with Anthony Santander's total bases prop against Cleveland right-hander Cal Quantrill. Quantrill's "streak of luck" from 2021-2022 has since run out, and he brings in a 5.26 ERA into this one across 17 starts. This is paired with a 5.79 xERA and 5.47 xFIP. He also projects to a 5.57 SIERA, while Santander projects to a .405 wOBA and 2.07 total bases. Santander and the Orioles' young guns have been quite the story in 2023, and they'll look to end the regular season strong.
