In this article, I'll be providing my favorite prop bets for MLB games on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Without any further ado, let's take a look at some of the best MLB player props worth wagering on for today's games!

MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks

Domingo German UNDER 5.5K (-155, DK) vs. BOS

I'll look again at a pair of unders for our Saturday prop plays. I'll start with Domingo German, whose strikeout prop is just too high in my opinion. German (3-3, 3.69 ERA) has been fine for the Yankees this season, but he hasn't been striking out hitters at a very high clip. German brings in just an 18.9% strikeout rate across the last two weeks and a 17.6% strikeout rate across the last month. He projects to just an 18.81% strikeout rate today, with a median projection of 4.09 strikeouts according to my model.

MacKenzie Gore UNDER 15.5 Outs (-105, DK) vs. ATL

We grabbed a win on Ryne Nelson's outs against the Braves last Saturday, and we'll look to do the same with MacKenzie Gore this Saturday. The Braves crush all pitching but fare extremely well against lefties in particular. They bring in a .387 wOBA and 142 wRC+ against southpaws, both numbers second in the league this season. While Gore's 3.76 projected SIERA is very solid, he projects to just 15.15 outs according to my model today.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks

Nick Pratto OVER 0.5 Hits/TB (-175, DK) vs. BAL

While looking at hitters, I found a pair of hit/total base plays that I think show some good value. We'll start with Nick Pratto, who despite being in a lefty/lefty matchup, actually projects very well today. His .399 projected wOBA and 36.39% projected hard contact rate is incredibly impressive, and my model currently has Pratto logged for 2.16 total bases today. It's also worth noting that Pratto has gotten a hit in nine of his last ten games, including each of his last five.

Jose Caballero OVER 0.5 Hits/TB (-140 DK) vs. LAA

I'll take a look at Jose Caballero in the nightcap of today's slate against southpaw Patrick Sandoval. Sandoval is bringing in a projected 5.08 SIERA into this matchup, while Jose Caballero brings in a projected .424 wOBA and 36.7% hard contact rate. These numbers are nothing to turn your nose up at, and with my model projected Caballero for 1.95 total bases today, I think we're getting incredibly good value here.
