Tarik Skubal UNDER 6.5 strikeouts (+120 DraftKings Sportsbook)
This is definitely a prop worth taking a look at. Skubal has hit this total twice this season, including a nine-strikeout performance against the Astros in his most recent start. He gets a solid matchup in this one against Oakland as they are posting the second-highest K rate against left-handed pitchers over the previous two weeks with a rate of 29.5%.

Montas is the other arm in the Athletics vs. Tigers game today and he is also at + money. He has reached at least six strikeouts in all but one start this season, yet he has gone over it in just one. That game came against the Texas Rangers who are currently posting the fourth-highest K rate vs. right-handers over the previous two weeks. A team that is even worse than the Rangers, currently, is the Tigers who are posting the third-highest K rate vs. righties with a rate of 28.2% over the previous two weeks.

Diaz will likely be leading off tonight as well, which means a possible extra opportunity or two.
