FantasyDraft Daily Fantasy Football Lineup Picks (Conference Championships): NFL DFS Advice

It is finally time for NFL Conference Championships! If you're a FantasyDraft DFS player, then this article is for you.

Each week, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy football lineup picks for FantasyDraft. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @BalesSJustin.

FantasyDraft - DFS Quarterback Pick

Blake Bortles at NE ($10,600)

Bortles is in a great spot this week. He has enjoyed somewhat of a breakout season, although it is seemingly more of a breakout in terms of talent rather than fantasy production. He is a cheap option that has scored 16 or more fantasy points in each of his two playoff games. He is a player that can contribute fantasy points with his feet, as well. The Jags are sizable underdogs, but New England ranks 29th in the NFL against quarterbacks. Bortles could spend the majority of this game throwing the ball, giving him as much upside as any quarterback this weekend.

FantasyDraft - DFS Running Back Picks

Leonard Fournette at NE ($14,900)

Fournette will be an obvious option this weekend, but that does not mean he is the wrong option. In the playoffs, he is averaging 98.5 yards and 1.5 touchdowns on 25.5 touches per game. He also left a bit of the Pittsburgh game with an injury or that total would be higher. The Jaguars would be wise to try to ride Fournette to victory once again, although the Patriots could force their hand with a few quick scores. It is a bit of a concern, but Fournette should be locked into 20+ touches again, and he can be used in all leagues.

James White vs JAX ($8,300)

It's a small slate, so we have to do something to separate our lineups. Dion Lewis has been playing at an elite level recently, and White is a great pivot off of him. In their first game, White saw seven targets, while scoring two touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving). Lewis will likely lose a bit of his work if the Patriots other running backs are able to return this week, but White's role should stay similar. He comes with good upside, a low price tag, and a likely low ownership.

FantasyDraft - DFS Wide Receiver Picks

Adam Thielen at PHI ($14,400)

There aren't many pass defenses to attack this week, but I feel Philadelphia is one of them. Their cornerbacks have been able to stay hidden behind an elite defensive line, but the Vikings are the type of team that can get the ball out quickly to expose Philly's weak corners. Thielen enjoyed an elite season, totaling a 97/1,350/4 line on 151 targets thus far. His only downfall has been touchdowns, although he has seen plenty of red zone targets, suggesting he has more touchdown potential than he has displayed.

Stefon Diggs at PHI ($13,400)

Diggs is another Vikings receiver that I'm attacking for the reasons mentioned above. Diggs is coming off a tremendous 6/137/1 line against the New Orleans Saints, and he has scored a touchdown in each of his last four games. He is a major part of the offense, although the majority of his touchdown production has come at home this season. With that being said, he will continue to see plenty of opportunities in a good matchup, making him an option that can be used in all leagues.

FantasyDraft - DFS Tight End Pick

Rob Gronkowski vs JAX ($14,200)

Gronkowski posted another elite line this season, recording 75 receptions for 1,165 yards and nine touchdowns in 15 games. He needed nine targets last week to post a 6/81/1 line against the Tennessee Titans. He gets a matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have played elite defense this season, but have also struggled against tight ends at time. Gronkowski is the best tight end on this slate, and he can be used in all leagues.

FantasyDraft - DFS Defense Pick

Minnesota Vikings D/ST at PHI ($7,200)

The Minnesota Vikings have featured an elite defense this season, averaging 1.2 turnovers and 2.3 sacks, while allowing only 16.1 points per game. They get a great matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, who have an injured offense and could struggled to move the ball against an elite defense. Philadelphia also has the lowest implied team total on the slate at 17.8 points, making the Vikings an elite option in all leagues this weekend.
