The goal is to identify players to start on FanDuel this week based on various factors including the opponent, the player's opportunity, analysis of the game's matchups, and the FanDuel price.

Let's find some DFS lineup sleepers, and win on FanDuel. Good luck in Week 17! Find me @DFS_Tom if you have any questions.

FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 17 DFS Picks

Ben Roethlisberger - QB, PIT vs CIN (FD - $8,700)

Big Ben and the Steelers are at home and in a spot where they NEED to win, so no rest for their starts, which should make them a popular option this week. Roethlisberger comes as the second most expensive quarterback on FanDuel, so you will need to find some value plays out there to fit him in your lineup. He comes in with multiple touchdowns in eight of his last nine games, along with over 300 yards in four of those games. He is up against the Bengals who come in with the 28th DVOA versus the pass, which is why the Steelers come in with an implied team total set at 29.8, which is second highest on the week.

Lamar Jackson - QB, BAL vs CLE (FD - $7,700)

Jackson has been a popular cash game option in the past few weeks and this last will be no different. He has posted 16 FanDuel points or more in six straight games, which is a level of production we should be seeing from him due to his solid rushing floor. His upside is generally limited due to his lack of passing upside, but we could see him throw for one touchdown and rush one in as well.

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 17 DFS Picks

Sony Michel - RB, NE vs NYJ (FD - $7,200)

Michel and Patriots are at home and looking to pick up a win to secure their playoff seeding, so hopefully, we will see their starters playing full snaps. Michel has 17 or more carries in four of his last five games, with over 100 yards twice, and two touchdowns in that span. This week he will be up against the Jets who come in with the 25th DVOA versus the rush and have allowed 22 fantasy points per game to running backs this season. Great cash game option and fits nicely in roster construction due to his modest price.

C.J. Anderson - RB, LAR vs SF (FD - $6,200)

Anderson had an absolutely unbelievable performance last week posting 167 yards, one touchdown on 20 carries, just days after being signed by the Rams. We will likely see Todd Gurley sit out this game, meaning plenty of work for Anderson yet again. He is up against the 49ers, who come in with the 13th DVOA versus the rush and have allowed 26 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season.

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 17 DFS Picks

Davante Adams - WR, GB vs DET (FD - $8,500)

Adams is just two receptions away from the Packers single-season record, along with being only 134 yards away from another Packers single-season record. Listen, the Packers had a very up and down season, but Adams is out here balling each and every week, as he is averaging 18 FanDuel points per game and is one of the most consistent receivers in the league. This week he will see plenty of Lions top corner Darius Slay, but as a team, Detroit comes in with the 32nd DVOA versus the pass which is dead last in the league. Adams will break both of those records this week, book it now.

JuJu Smith-Schuster - WR, PIT vs CIN (FD - $7,900)

JuJu is another expensive receiver you want to be spending up for this week since as I mentioned with Big Ben, the Steelers need to win this game. He is coming off a very strong 11 reception, 115-yard game, which gives him over 100 yards in four of his last six games. Love stacking JuJu with Big Ben this week, along with adding either James Conner or Antonio Brown to that stack to try and capture all the potential scoring from the Steelers.

FanDuel Tight End - Week 17 DFS Pick

C.J. Uzomah - TE, CIN @ PIT (FD - $5,500)

Uzomah is on the cheaper side this week and comes in with four or more targets in seven of his last eight games, which should make him viable in cash games or tournament this week. We know that his upside will be limited due to Jeff Driskel at quarterback for the Bengals, but the matchup against the Steelers is too good to pass up, as they are 30th DVOA versus tight ends this season. He is playing 94% of the snaps on average over the past seven games, so no real risk of him losing chances.

FanDuel Defense - Week 17 DFS Pick

New York Giants Defense vs Dallas Cowboys (FD - $3,300)

There are some conflicting reports surrounding the Cowboys this week, saying their starters will be playing, but ultimately, they have nothing to gain or lose in this game. Dallas is locked into their playoff spot, which begs the question, why would they play their starters? Well, if Zeke, Dak, Cooper and company will be sitting out this game, the Giants as a super cheap defense, playing against second string players make a solid DFS punt option this week.
