FanDuel NBA DFS Picks for Today (Friday, 3/28/25): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Dan's favorite FanDuel NBA DFS picks for today, Friday - 3/28/25. His top daily fantasy basketball lineup sleepers and value picks for FanDuel DFS contests.

It's only seven games tonight, which feels light for a Friday night but also just might happen to be a breath of fresh air for a content creator like myself who has fewer teams to sort through and injuries to account for!

As always, I'm going to help break down the FanDuel NBA DFS slate and give you a place to start your research. I always make it a point to recommend some higher-priced players for cash games and GPPs while highlighting some of my favorite value plays and game stacks. If you want DraftKings picks, see who Zach Thompson likes by reading his piece here.

This article will provide my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 3/28/25. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:00 p.m. EST on FanDuel.

FanDuel NBA DFS Core Picks

Miles Bridges, CHA - SF/PF ($8.2K)

LaMelo Ball is out tonight for Charlotte, which should leave Bridges as the dominant player on offense. We have seen Bridges post some big numbers without Ball this season, including over 22 points and nine boards on average.

The matchup is great here, too, as Toronto has been porous on defense all season and allowed plenty of big games to opposing players. The price on Bridges was up near 9k as recently as two weeks ago when he was on a 50+ FD point run for four straight games.

Immanuel Quickley, TOR - PG/SG ($7K)

Staying in the same game here, I like running it back with Quickley on the Toronto side. RJ Barrett is out again as Toronto has taken turns resting him and Quickley. When Quickley is in the lineup lately, he's been very solid, posting 35+ FD points in four straight games.

This game total is low (214), but I expect the game to be close and competitive. Neither team has much left to play for, but all these guys want to pad their stats as much as possible, too. Quickley should be in line for a big night scoring and passing,g and is quite a bit cheaper than Scottie Barnes.

Kawhi Leonard, LAC - SF/PF ($9K)

Kawhi has been the model of consistency lately, scoring 40+ FD points in six straight games without missing any games during that stretch. He finally looks like his old self and is scoring at will on offense while also rebounding like a beast with 10+ boards in his last three games.

Brooklyn is a bad team, but they tend to put up just enough of a fight to force opponents to play their starters for most of the game. If we get another 35+ minutes from Kawhi tonight, he should provide a very safe floor based on his current usage and role with the Clippers.

Others Under Consideration: Scottie Barnes - SF/PF ($9.1K)

FanDuel NBA DFS Tournament Pivots

Karl-Anthony Towns, NYK - C ($5.9K)

Towns had another big outing against the Clippers on Wednesday, so I have to keep him here in my GPP section again tonight. He continues to carry the offense while Jalen Brunson is out and will be asked to do so again tonight against the Bucks.

Towns has 50+ FD points in three straight games and will be a major matchup issue for Brook Lopez and Milwaukee. His price is slowly going up, but he's still firmly in play tonight with the ceiling that he has demonstrated lately.

Tobias Harris, DET– SF/PF ($6.7K)

This play is very much "GPP-only" as the Cavs could come out and just wax the Pistons without Cade Cunningham. However, if Detroit can hang around, then it's likely because Tobias Harris has helped carry the offense and keep them in the game.

He's coming off a nice 41-FD-point outing on Wednesday (in only 27 minutes), and we know he has the scoring ability to get there when he's making shots. Cleveland is a juggernaut, but they have a tendency to give up a lot on defense at times, so it makes sense to run Tobias here with some Cavs pieces in a mini-game stack and hope the Pistons give them a solid run for their money.

Others Under Consideration: OG Anunoby - SF/PF ($7.8K), Ivica Zubac - C ($8.0K)

FanDuel NBA DFS Value Picks

Tyler Kolek, NYK – PG ($3.9K)

The Knicks are down three point guards now as Cameron Payne joins Jalen Brunson and Miles McBride on the injured list. That should force the rookie Kolek into the starting lineup tonight. He's played well off the bench so far and should be able to pay off this price tag with ease, assuming he sees close to 30 minutes tonight.

Kevin Porter Jr., MIL - PG/SG ($5.5K)

KPJ has been in good form lately, going for 25+ FD points in three straight while Damian Lillard has been out of the lineup. He's still a solid value here at this price, considering this game with the Knicks is only a one-point spread and that Milwaukee will need his offense off the bench.

Jose Alvarado - PG ($5.2K), Kelly Olynyk - PF/C ($5.7K), Yves Missi - C ($5.3K), Karlo Matkovic - PF/C ($4.8K) - ALL NEW ORLEANS VALUE

All the Pelicans are in play here, and I figured I would just mention them all at once instead of individually. Alvarado and Olynyk are probably the safest bets here based on their skill sets, but Missi and Matkovic have both flashed upside this year and will split the minutes with Olynyk at PF and C.

Others Under Consideration: Malik Beasley - SG/SF ($4.9K), Marcus Sasser - PG ($4.8K), Antonio Reeves - SG ($4.1K)
