FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (3/27/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Tom Vecchio highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 3/27/19, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

We have a five-game slate tonight, with fantastic options at each position, so you will be looking to jam some of these studs in your lineups. If you are rolling out multiple lineups tonight, you should be very excited with how many options there are, so look to diversify your player pool.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 3/27/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks. Remember to check your lineups before tipoff for injury updates.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Damian Lillard - PG, POR @ CHI (FD - $11,000)

Tonight, we are going to spell chalk, Lillard. Yes, Lillard is looking to be one of the chalkiest players on the slate since C.J. McCollum is still out and the other night Jusuf Nurkic went down with a season-ending leg injury. Truly sucks to see for Nurkic who was having the best season of his career and in the midst of a playoff race. But, now that both players are off the court, Lillard comes in with a massive usage rate sitting up at 41.2% this season, while producing 1.62 fantasy points per minute. He has already been priced up to account for this increase and is now the second most expensive player on the slate, but is seemingly has a 50 point floor tonight going up against the Bulls who are allowing 47 FanDuel points per game to point guards this season.

Wesley Matthews - SG, IND @ OKC (FD - $4,400)

Matthews has played 26 minutes or more in each of his last 12 games but has produced under one fantasy point per minute in each of those games. That is where he's been all season, producing just 0.67 fantasy points per minute, which isn't amazing, but on a small five-game slate, the minutes are what we should be looking at. Yes, the production isn't amazing but tonight he has a chance to reach towards the upper end of outcomes since he is up against the Thunder who are allowing 42 FanDuel points per game to shooting guards which is the fifth worst in the league.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Bruno Caboclo - SF, MEM vs GS (FD - $4,600)

Caboclo is coming off a monster double-double where he finished with 24 points and 11 rebounds for a total of 45 FanDuel points. Amazing production for a player at his price range and hopefully, we are in for something similar tonight as he is up against the Warriors who are allowing 41 FD points per game to small forwards. I doubt he will have another ceiling game at 45 points, but with the Grizzlies riddled with injuries, the production will have to come from somewhere and he is cheap tonight.

Bobby Portis - PF, WAS @ PHO (FD - $6,500)

Portis comes in with 28 fantasy points or more in four of his last five games and has a chance to extend that tonight versus a weak Suns team. We have an over-under set at 231 points with the Wizards coming in as a one-point road favorite, which should produce one of the best fantasy environments of the slate. Two teams who are rather bad on defense, high over-under, and a close spread. All of this leads to Portis being able to show why the Suns are so bad against power forwards, giving up 49 Fanduel points per game to them.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Enes Kanter - C, POR @ CHI (FD - $6,500)

One of the other beneficiaries of the Nurkic injury is Kanter, who will almost certainly be getting the start tonight. His price has been adjusted quickly and is now not a value play, as we would hope he would be in this spot. With Nurkic and McCollum off the court this season, Kanter has a 21.2% usage rate while producing 1.18 fantasy points per minute. He is up against the Bulls tonight who are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to centers, so this might just be a don't get cute spot and roster him tonight.
