FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (3/23/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

As the playoffs linger just a few weeks away, teams in and out of contention will begin to rest players in an effort to either preserve them for the playoffs or for next season. Due to that, staying on top of news and updating your lineups has become even more important.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 3/23/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks. Remember to check your lineups before tipoff for injury updates.

Find me in the NBA Chat Room or @cjohnson707 on Twitter if you have any questions.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Quinn Cook - PG, vs DAL ($3,500)

With Steph Curry already ruled out for tonight, Quinn Cook becomes an excellent value play. At minimum price, Cook should see nearly 30 minutes in one of the higher implied total games of the night. Cook will be on the floor with high usage players like Durant so his upside is somewhat limited but reaching value at $3,500 shouldn't be an issue. The Warriors are 15 point favorites so if this game blows out, there is a good chance that Cook sees his 30 minutes but with less of Durant, Draymond, Klay, and Cousins on the floor.

Dion Waiters - SG, at WAS ($4,100)

The last three games, regardless of score, Waiters has seen his minutes right around 30; at just $4,100, reaching value in 30 minutes is very reasonable. In all honestly, SG is not very pretty for tonight- the best way to approach tonight will probably be a lower owned cheap player like Waiters and top-tier player like Luka or Beal. Waiters has a near 40 point ceiling but a low floor of about 10 FanDuel points so he is more of a tournament option. (Side Note- If Mike Conley is ruled out again, Tyler Dorsey and Justin Holiday become excellent value plays at SG.)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Mikal Bridges - SF, at SAC ($5,100)

Bridges has been playing huge minutes lately and tonights pace-up matchup against the Kings should be a gold mine of fantasy points for Bridges. The Suns will likely be without Josh Jackson tonight, and with Kelly Oubre and T.J Warren out for sure- Bridges is really the last man standing at SF for the Suns. 35+ minutes is almost a guarantee for Bridges tonight who can certainly fill all sections of the stat sheet. Bridges can be played in cash or tournament formats.

John Collins - PF, vs PHI ($7,900)

In what should be the highest scoring game of the night, Collins should see 30+ minutes and will likely be a key contributor if this game is to stay close. Collins has not been playing well recently but flashed his nearly 65 FanDuel point upside just a couple of weeks ago. In addition, his recent poor play has brought his price down to a very reasonable level. Collins has 6-7x upside in tonights high-paced matched against the 76ers.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Joel Embiid - C, at ATL ($12,100)

It is no secret that Embiid will likely be the highest fantasy scorer tonight and with how much value there appears to be tonight, fitting him in your lineup will probably be fairly simple. Embiid has been playing extremely well with two 70+ FanDuel point game in a row and a string of five games of hitting at least 5x value. As long as this game stays relatively close, Embiid should see about 35 minutes. Stacking Collins and Embiid looks to be an excellent way to get some exposure to this high-paced matchup.
