FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (12/2/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

If you're of the ilk that the best gift that a Monday evening provides is the fantasy hoops slate, you've come to the right place. There are six contests on the docket that feature myriad stars and intrigue, all balanced across the evening.

Projections for these matchups are all over the map, but Suns/Hornets, Warriors/Hawks and Knicks/Bucks are expected to combine for the most points, with all three games expected to exceed the 220-point plateau.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/2/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Tyus Jones - PG, vs. IND ($4,000)

Despite stepping into a starting role in the wake of JA Morant’s absence Sunday, FanDuel has not ramped up Jones’ price ahead of Monday’s meeting with the Pacers. Some of that is likely due in part to Indiana’s swarming defense, but over the past two seasons, Jones has proven an adept DFS asset when given starters minutes. He has an excellent chance of far exceeding his value, so long as his teammates knock down shots to aid his assists total.

Bogdan Bogdanovic - SG, v. CHI ($6,200)

The runaway rocket that was Bogdanovic’s fantasy prospects as recently as 10 days ago have hit something of a snag, but he still represents an excellent mid-tier selection. How significant his hamstring ailment has been for his output is unclear, yet he should continue to see substantial shot opportunities, having taken at least 15 shots in each of his last four games. His role as the team’s top scoring option off the bench has not changed, limiting his ceiling somewhat, but also making him an attractive commodity in cash games.

Also consider: Trae Young ($10,000), Terry Rozier ($7,100), Cory Joseph ($4,700), Dennis Smith Jr. ($3,600), Zach LaVine ($7,900), Devonte' Graham ($7,400), Buddy Hield ($7,000), Dillon Brooks ($4,900)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

James Ennis - SF, v. UTA ($3,600)

With Josh Richardson unlikely to be cleared to return to action Monday, Ennis presents a lower-priced play for those attempting to get superstars in their lineups. Ennis has played better than 21 minutes in each of the past two contests without Richardson, knocking down multiple threes in both, including a season-high 20-point showing Friday.

Eric Paschall - PF, @ ATL ($5,900)

With Draymond Green announced to be out of the mix, Paschall gets a bump in value, without even factoring in that he’s facing one of the league’s more porous defensive units in Atlanta. When considering that the Hawks are yielding an enormous 241.6 FanDuel points per contest to the opposition, Paschall becomes an even more appealing option, as he should serve as one of the top scoring and rebounding threats. He has collected at least 24.5 FD points in eight of his last nine games.

Also consider: Giannis Antetokounmpo ($12,200), Kelly Oubre ($6,800), Alec Burks ($6,200), Glenn Robinson III ($4,900), Domantas Sabonis ($8,300), Nemanja Bjelica ($5,500)

FanDuel DFS Centers

Rudy Gobert - C, @ PHI ($8,400)

There could be no player in the league who boasts a more consistent floor than Gobert, a vital reality during a slate stacked full of volatile plays. Tasked with picking just one center, splitting the difference and all but chalking up double-digit rebounds from Gobert, in addition to a handful of blocks, will likely provide the most value. So long as he stays out of foul trouble while checking Joel Embiid, Gobert should be in line for his usual performance and may even see a slight boost due to being near the basket so often.

Also consider: Joel Embiid ($10,900), Wendell Carter Jr. ($7,200), Aron Baynes ($6,200)
