FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (12/14/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Austyn Varney highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 12/14/19, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

Welcome to NBA Saturday night. We have just seven games on the board tonight, but a ton of different options to pay up for. There is value to pay down for, but we have to get it perfect in tournaments. Let's dive right in!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/14/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.

Give me a follow on Twitter @DFSVarney and say hello. Good luck RotoBallers, let's dive right in!

FanDuel DFS Guards

James Harden - SG, HOU vs. DET ($12,400)

We have the value to pay up for him, so there’s no real reason not to in cash games. He’s been over 50 real-life points in back to back games and is finally shooting at the clip we all expected. $12.4k is as expensive as we’ll see, but 83 and 77 fantasy points will more than get you there. Especially with the solid value we have to work with on this slate.

Ja Morant - PG, MEM vs. WAS ($8,200)

This is a game I’m very much looking to stack. Both of these teams like to play fast and we’re working with nearly 230 over/under. Morant is expected back in this game and he was out last game for maintenance. We can expect another 30-34 minutes and he’s getting a phenomenal match-up with either Isaiah Thomas or Ish Smith. Either way, Morant is going to eat in the open floor.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Kevin Love - PF, CLE @ MIL ($7,500)

Love has made it known that he wants to play for a contender and he’s trying to prove his worth. He put up 51 fantasy points against the Spurs with 30 points, 17 rebounds, and two assists. He draws another big match-up with the Bucks, who can be taken advantage of down low and play fast enough to give up a ton of boards. If Love plays with the same will he played with last game, you can project him for 45-50 fantasy points once again.

Jae Crowder - SF, MEM vs. WAS ($5,600)

Crowder has been phenomenal over the last two games, posting 38 and 32 fantasy points in similar match-ups. Crowder gets himself involved and also hits threes, so the fantasy points come in bunches. The Wizards play extremely fast and Crowder can be locked in for another 30 fantasy points in this match-up. His price is solid on both sites, but especially FanDuel.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Ian Mahinmi - C, WAS @ MEM ($4,400)

With both Thomas Bryant and Moritz Wagner hurt, Ian Mahinmi is the only healthy center on the roster. He’ll match-up with Jonas Valunciunas, and the two have a history together. Mahinmi is always productive when on the floor and it’s fair to expect at least 25 minutes tonight, if not more. He’s too cheap to pass up. This game is one you can play four or five players from in cash games as both offenses are concentrated and play fast. Fire away.
