FanDuel DFS Guards

Malcolm Brogdon - PG, IND @ ATL ($7,800)

Brogdon finally got back to his normal self, dropping 48 fantasy points at home against Boston. He put up 29 points and eight assists in just 29 minutes of action. He now gets a match-up with Trae Young and the fast-paced Hawks that he should dominate. He put up 34 fantasy points in the same match-up earlier this year, but was cold from the field and could’ve easily eclipsed 40. Both of these teams like to get up and down the floor and Brogdon thrives in transition. His price is down on FanDuel and I’m a big fan in both cash games and tournaments.

Evan Fournier - SG, ORL vs. HOU ($6,700)

Fournier doesn’t necessarily have a ton of upside, but he’s affordable on FanDuel and he’s been extremely consistent. Fournier has eclipsed 24 fantasy points in each of the last 13 games with most games in the 30’s. Fournier is going to shoot the ball another 15-20 times in this game and the match-up couldn’t be better. The Rockets play extremely fast and give up more open threes than anyone in the league. Fournier will be covered by James Harden, so we don’t have to worry about that. Fournier is a solid play in all formats as you can almost guarantee 30-40 fantasy points for under $7k.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Bojan Bogdanovic - SF, UTA vs. GS ($6,300)

The Warriors give up more open threes than anyone in basketball. Assuming the game can stay close for at least three quarters, Bogdanovic is going to have the opportunity to have a huge game. He hasn’t been over 30 fantasy points in four straight games, and I expect that to change in a big way tonight. He’s willing to shoot and it’ll just come down to whether he gets hot or not. His price is low on FanDuel and he’s one of my favorite GPP plays on the entire slate.

Domantas Sabonis - PF, IND @ ATL ($9,000)

The Hawks have a very hard time with big men that know how to rebound. What I mean by that is not just a big body, but someone who knows rebounding angles and has exquisite awareness. That’s Domantas Sabonis in a nutshell. He is one of the smartest rebounders in the game today and he’s going to eat the Hawks alive while in the game. He put up 37 fantasy points against the Hawks a few weeks ago, and was still cold from the field. The price has gotten up there on Sabonis, but he should be over 40 once again and 50 wouldn’t be crazy.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Joel Embiid - C, PHI vs. NO ($10,200)

Embiid was criticized by Shaq and Barkley for not being aggressive enough and failing to be one of the top superstars in basketball. It may have awoken a sleeping beast, as Embiid not only agreed with them, but answered with 64 fantasy points against the Celtics. I can comfortably Embiid is going to cannibalize the Pelicans and I really can’t wait to watch Jaxson Hayes try to guard him. No disrespect to Hayes, but Embiid might be a full ton heavier and Okafor is as slow as it gets. The Pelicans play fast and don’t offer up any rim protection. Unless someone else on the Sixers gets absurdly hot, Embiid is putting up 60 fantasy points tonight. He’s my favorite way to pay up on the slate.
