FanDuel MLB DFS Lineup Picks (7/26/18): Daily Fantasy Baseball Advice

Tom Vecchio highlights the top FanDuel MLB DFS lineup picks for 7/26/18, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

We have a nine-game slate, which is very strong for a Thursday, giving us plenty of options to pick from. Not a ton of super expensive pitching options to look at, so you can spend down and load up on any of the hitters you want tonight.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 7/26/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

You can also read more DFS lineup picks for DraftKings and other sports too. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact me up on Twitter @DFS_Tom.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Sonny Gray - P, NYY vs KAN (FD - $7,800)

With Strasburg going on the DL today, Gray is going to become increasingly popular tonight. He comes in as a massive -270 favorite at home, which is the largest on the slate and is facing off against a very weak Royals team. Gray has racked up 14 strikeouts while only allowing two earned runs over his last two starts, picking up the win in both outings. Not the best park factor, but the Royals have a team ISO of .132 vs right-handed pitchers this season, which is third worst in the league.

Nick Kingham - P, PIT vs NYM (FD - $8,500)

Kingham has allowed only six earned runs over his last three starts while racking up 17 strikeouts in that same span. He is facing off against a very weak Mets team who has a team wOBA sitting at .304, which is seventh worst in the league. He really isn't that expensive and comes in with a very solid 5.9% walk rate and an 11% swinging strike rate. The Mets don't strikeout a ton, but he should be able to go somewhat deep into the game and limit the damage.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Matt Olson - 1B, OAK @ TEX (FD - $3,500)

The Athletics are crushing baseballs right now and are seemingly going to a ton of runs every single night, or at least anytime they play the Rangers. Well, that is set to happen again tonight, as they come in with an implied run total set at 5.93. Olson has a .338 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season, which should put him in a spot to hit one over the fence tonight.

Scooter Gennett - 2B CIN vs PHI (FD - $3,300)

Gennett has been struggling a bit as of late, but this is a spot for the Reds to put up some runs, as they come in with an implied run total set at 4.97. Gennett has some strong numbers even for a lefty vs lefty matchup, with his .188 ISO and .344 wOBA. More of a GPP play looking for a home run tonight.

Chase D'Arnaud - 3B, SFG vs MIL (FD - $2,400)

d'Arnaud is very cheap today, which will allow you to load up on some big-name hitters. He comes with only a 10-game sample size, so take his numbers with a grain of salt, since they likely won't stay this high. He has a .532 wOBA and a .389 ISO vs lefties this season. He is up against Wade Miley, who looked good in his first game back, but is a gas can of a pitcher who you can stack against.

Didi Gregorius - SS, NYY vs KAN (FD - $3.500)

Didi has a .335 wOBA and a .227 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season, which should make him a top target at shortstop today. The Yankees are in a fantastic spot today with their 6.20 implied run total, since they are up against Jakob Junis, who is giving up 1.66 HR/9 to lefties this year.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Joey Gallo - OF, TEX vs OAK (FD - $2,800)

If Gallo is going to continue to be this cheap, he is going to be very hard to pass on. He has legitimate multi-home run upside with his .290 ISO vs right-handed pitchers, which is truly tough to find in a player under $3K. He is at home in a great hitter's park and should be a top target for GPPs today, even as a one-off.

Joc Pederson - OF, LOS @ ATL (FD - $3,200)

Love getting some Joc jams in my lineup. He is facing off against Anibal Sanchez, who is a fly ball pitcher, and can be very home run prone, which won't end well in this favorable hitter's park. Pederson has a .371 wOBA and a .270 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season, both of which are very strong numbers and should make him a cash game play tonight.
