We have a MASSIVE 13-game slate tonight, which is one of the most we've seen this side of the All-Star break, so there are plenty of options to pick from. If you are playing multiple lineups tonight, you will have a great time matching line stacks since we are in for plenty of offense.

Vegas lines are big when it comes to picking games to target, and that's a good place to start for goalies. When it comes to skaters, goal totals is another main place to start. Usually, 5.5 goals are average, so targets game at six, and can look for goalies in games with a total at five.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy hockey lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 2/9/19. DFS Forwards to Consider 

Sidney Crosby - C, PIT @ TB (FD - $7,200)

Crosby and the Penguins have lost three games in a row and are looking a bit shaky right now, but things won't get any easier tonight against the Lightning. The great thing about DFS is that the Penguins can lose again but Crosby can still be scoring fantasy points. He averages three shots per game this season and is still up on the first forward line, along with the first power-play. We have an over-under set at 6.5 goals in this game, so the offense should be flowing and great for fantasy.

Kyle Connor - W, WPG @ OTT (FD - $6,000, DK - $6.500)

Connor and the Jets should be one of the most popular teams on the early slate since they are up against the Senators, who are dead last in the league when it comes to Corsi Against. This means they are giving up far too many shots per game, which provides the opposing team with plenty of opportunities. This great for both cash games and GPPs, since you have a save floor, along with a nice ceiling they should be able to reach.

DFS Defenders to Consider 

Jake Muzzin - D, TOR @ MON (FD - $4,800, DK - $4,700)

Muzzin has been a nice addition to the Maple Leafs and has taken two or more shots in each of his last three games, along with three blocked shots in that span. A decent floor of points, which also comes with some upside since he is on the second power-play unit. We have a classic rivalry game tonight versus the Canadiens, so we should be in for a good one from a real hockey perspective along with some solid fantasy value.

Aaron Ekblad - D, FLA @ WAS (FD - $4,400, DK - $4,200)

Ekblad always makes a nice GPP play since he is cheap and seeing time on the second power-play unit, which gives him some point per dollar upside, something that can be hard to find in NHL DFS since it's so variable. The Panthers are facing off against the Capitals, who are second worst in Corsi Against and dead last in the number of high-danger scoring chances per game. GPP play only tonight but makes a good stacking option.

DFS Goalies to Consider

Martin Jones - G, SJ @EDM (FD- $8,500, DK - $7,800)

Jones and the Sharks come in as -160 road favorites against the Oilers, who are simply just a mess this season. This is a game the Sharks should be winning nine times out of 10, so we can actually look to Jones for cash games, despite being on the road. He has won four starts in a row and has given up only two goals in three straight games.
