We have a MASSIVE 11-game slate tonight, which is one of the most we've seen this side of the All-Star break, so there are plenty of options to pick from. If you are playing multiple lineups tonight, you will have a great time matching line stacks since we are in for plenty of offense.
Vegas lines are big when it comes to picking games to target, and that's a good place to start for goalies. When it comes to skaters, goal totals is another main place to start. Usually, 5.5 goals are average, so targets game at six, and can look for goalies in games with a total at five.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy hockey lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 2/14/19. DFS Forwards to Consider
Patrick Kane - W, CHI vs DET (FD - $9,100, DK - $7,900)
Kane is the most expensive skater on both sites tonight and you should be looking to get him in any spot you can afford him tonight. He is facing off against the Devils who are seventh worst in the league when it comes to Corsi Against, which means they are giving up a ton of shots every game, which presents massive opportunities for the Blackhawks. Kane is averaging four shots per game this season and comes in with a 15-game point streak going right now.
William Karlsson - VGK vs TOR (FD - $6,000, DK - $5,200)
Karlsson and the Golden Knights are at home and facing off against the Maple Leafs in a game where the over-under is set at 6.5 goals. We should be seeing plenty of offense in this one since the Maple Leafs are fifth worst in terms of Corsi Against, so we should see them having plenty of scoring chances tonight. Karlsson has a great price on DraftKings tonight, so you should be able to fit him into your cash games lineups tonight.
DFS Defenders to Consider
Thomas Chabot - D, OTT @ DET (FD - $5,100, DK - $6,200)
Chabot seems a bit too cheap on FanDuel tonight, so you should be looking to have him in your cash games over there. He comes in averaging nearly three shots per game while blocking almost two shots per game. That level of production is amazing night in and night out, so if he has any assists or goals on top of that, he will crush value. A solid matchup versus the Red Wings tonight and if you are looking to get a bit different in tournaments, this could be a nice game stack.
Colton Parayko - D, STL @ ARI (FD - $4,600, DK - $4,800)
Parayko comes in with five points, 18 shots, and eight blocked shots in his last five games, vaulting him to the top of point per dollar plays tonight. He comes in under $5K on both sites tonight and should be firmly in play for both cash games and GPPs. If you want to stack him, look to pair him with members of the Blues second power-play stack, Jaden Schwartz, Tyler Bozak, and Patrick Maroon.
DFS Goalies to Consider
Andrei Vasilevskiy - G, TB vs DAL (FD - $9,400, DK - $8,300)
Vasilevskiy comes in as one of the largest home favorites on the slate sitting at -190 and is a fantastic cash game option tonight. He is facing off against the Stars, who have scored three or fewer goals in six of their last seven games and truly aren't a scary team on offense. The Stars also come in with the second lowest Corsi For in the league, which means they don't generate a ton of offensive chances and Vasilevskiy shouldn't be under too much pressure tonight.
