FanDuel, DraftKings MNF DFS Lineup Picks: Daily Fantasy Football for Week 10

Gage Bridgford (@GbridgfordNFL) highlights the top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for Monday Night Football for Week 10 of the 2019 season, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building MNF daily fantasy rosters.

Monday Night Football is here, and the undefeated San Francisco 49ers (8-0) are set to host the division-rival Seattle Seahawks (7-2). This will be the best opponent the 49ers have faced all season, and, if they're able to come out with a win, analysts and fans alike will certainly take a much different stance on this team.

However, we're not here for that. We're here to make some money in daily fantasy lineups. The Seahawks have some electric wide receivers, especially with wideout Josh Gordon now in the mix. On the 49ers' side, their running backs have been churning out production like crazy all season.

Whether you're playing on FanDuel or DraftKings, the slightest lineup constructions can make all the difference. Choosing one player over another is the difference between winning a little or a lot. So, let's look at how we're going to construct our lineups.

DFS Quarterbacks - Week 10 Picks

Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks - FanDuel $16,000 / DraftKings $11,400

Arguably the frontrunner for the MVP so far, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has been lighting it up all year. He's over 2,500 yards on the year with 22 touchdowns and just one interception. The San Francisco 49ers Defense has been the best in football, and, against the pass this season, they've been allowing just 138.1 yards per game. In this game, you only have two quarterback options. Wilson is incredible, and he'd be tough to keep out of your lineups, although there is a case.

Jimmy Garoppolo, San Francisco 49ers - FanDuel $15,000 / DraftKings $11,000

Your other option for the week is San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. As good as the 49ers have been on defense, the Seahawks Defense has been abysmal. They're allowing the fifth-most yards through the air, and Garoppolo is coming off of his best game of the season, in which he threw for over 300 yards and four touchdowns. Garoppolo is a little cheaper than Wilson, and, if you think the 49ers defense will be able to slow down Wilson, get Jimmy G in the fold.

DFS Running Backs - Week 10 Picks

Chris Carson, SEA - FanDuel $12,000 / DraftKings $8,600

Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson has been one of the more consistent running backs all season. While the team has gone to more of an air-it-out style, they still make an effort to keep him involved. He's received at least 15 carries in every game this season. He's the most expensive of the guys we're going to look at, so it would make plenty of sense to look elsewhere, despite the consistent volume that he'll get on the night.

Tevin Coleman, SF - FanDuel $11,000 / DraftKings $8,200

After getting into the end zone four times against the Carolina Panthers, 49ers running back Tevin Coleman wasn't able to punch one in last week. The 49ers average over 170 rushing yards per game, and they could be forced to throw this week against a Seahawks defense that is 13th in the NFL in yards allowed on the ground per game. Coleman also doesn't add much in the passing game, as he has just 10 catches on the season for just 74 yards.

Matt Breida, SF - FanDuel $9,000 / DraftKings $6,200

49ers running back Matt Breida has struggled with injuries this season, but he always finds a way to be involved thanks to his abilities as a receiver and hard-nosed running style. He comes in at a severely lowered price tag on Monday which gives you more lineup flexibility if you choose to spend up at another position, such as a wide receiver. He only has two total touchdowns on the year, which both came against the Cleveland Browns, but the upside is there for him this week.

DFS Wide Receivers - Week 10 Picks

Tyler Lockett, SEA - FanDuel $13,500 / DraftKings $10,400

Seahawks wideout Tyler Lockett exploded last week when he saw 18 targets, and fantasy owners everywhere were pleased. This week, he'll be working against the league's best passing defense, and, if you choose to play Wilson, Lockett is your stack receiver. He's working out of the slot where he has a slight advantage over the outside cornerbacks. Wilson looks his way most frequently, and he gives you a sense of confidence that he'll have some production.

Emmanuel Sanders, SF - FanDuel $11,500 / DraftKings $10,200

The only 49ers receiver that I have any confidence in playing is Emmanuel Sanders. He's gotten into the end zone in each of his first two games with the 49ers, and he saw nine targets go his way last week. He's the best and most consistent wide receiver that Garoppolo has to throw to. Against this Seahawks defense, Sanders should have no problem continuing his production.

D.K. Metcalf, SEA - FanDuel $12,500 / DraftKings $7,800

Seahawks wideout DK Metcalf is a little pricy for me on FanDuel, but I like him over on DraftKings where he's a bit cheaper. Metcalf's size and speed typically win him a lot of routes with ease. This week, the 49ers' cornerbacks have the size to match up with him at the line of scrimmage. If he gets bumped off of his routes, he'll have next to no production. However, he only needs one or two clean breaks to have a huge night through the air.

DFS Tight Ends - Week 10 Picks

Jacob Hollister, SEA - FanDuel $8,500 / DraftKings $4,600

If you're starting a tight end in this game, it's Jacob Hollister of the Seahawks. He's shown a small connection with Wilson over the past few weeks, but you still don't have an overwhelming amount of confidence in him. Hollister is more of a dart throw type of player that you play to be contrarian and hope he hits. Don't rely on him too heavily.

*Note: San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (knee) is doubtful to play, and he was therefore not considered for this article.*

DFS Defenses - Week 10 Picks

San Francisco 49ers Defense - DraftKings $5,200

This has been one of the best defenses in the NFL, and they have made their hay rushing the quarterback. Wilson has been sacked 22 times this season, and he has just one game where he wasn't taken down. The issue you run into with Wilson is that he takes care of the ball well with just one interception and no fumbles on the year. Unless you're forced to, I would avoid the 49ers defense this week. Division rivals always play each other tight, as evidenced by the Arizona Cardinals losing to the 49ers by just three last week. Find someone else to spend your money on this week.
