FanDuel, DraftKings CFB DFS Picks: Daily Fantasy College Football Advice for 11/13/19

Week 12 college football DFS lineups, sleepers and value picks for the late slate on FanDuel and DraftKings on November 13th. Target these NCAA players in CFB daily fantasy tournaments and cash games.

Welcome to week 12 of the college football season! We kicked it off early this week last night with two games, and we have another two on the board tonight. Let's dive in and take down another slate!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the slate of games on FanDuel and DraftKings on 11/13/19. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

You can follow me on Twitter @VarneyDFS. I will be around all day to answer questions.

FanDuel, DraftKings DFS Quarterbacks

Ross Bowers - Northern Illinois - FanDuel $8,100 / DraftKings $5,800

We’re 12 weeks into the college football season and this may be the ugliest QB-slate to date. Mitchell Guadagni is questionable after missing the last three weeks. If he plays, he’s the top option by default. If he sits, we’re looking at four subpar quarterbacks. Ross Bowers is my favorite of the bunch, as he’s thrown for 220+ yards in all but one game this season. This game is essentially a pick ‘em and the Toledo defense struggles vs the pass. Bowers is far from sun to roster, but he should get you close to 15 fantasy points and that’s all we’re hoping for.

Grant Loy - Bowling Green - FanDuel $8,600 / DraftKings $6,800

Bowling Green is expected to lose this game handily, but we can’t ignore what Grant Loy has done the past few weeks. His rushing upside has led to a 15, 20, and 30-point performance over the last four weeks and Miami-Ohio is by no means stellar on defense. Loy will be playing from behind and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him combine for two touchdowns and over 200 yards combined. Quarterback is ugly, and the opportunity cost is none if Guadagni is out.

FanDuel, DraftKings DFS Running Backs

Jaylon Bester - Miami-Ohio - FanDuel $9,400 / DraftKings $6,000

We were all over Bester last week and he came through with 84 rushing yards and two touchdowns. He gets an even better match-up this week, facing off with a Bowling Green team that is utterly terrible against the run. They gave up 374 yards and six rushing touchdowns to Western Michigan two weeks ago. Bester should have some fun here and it’s evidenced by Miami-Ohio being an 18.5-point favorite. Bester is the top RB play and a lock in cash games.

Bryant Koback - Toldeo - FanDuel $10,500 / DraftKings $8,200

Koback is currently listed as the starter, so we’re going to assume he’s good to go. Make sure to pay attention to Twitter as he was questionable all week long. If Koback plays, he’s a volume hog and a good bet for 20 fantasy points. That simple. If he’s out, Shakif Seymour is right up there with Jaylon Bester for a top play. He won’t be sharing volume and he’s a bit cheaper than Koback.

Tre Harbison - Northern Illinois - FanDuel $7,900 / DraftKings $7,400

Northern Illinois got slaughtered by Central Michigan last week, so Tre Harbison was never able to get anything going. He was over 100 yards in three of the four prior games and this offense is revolves around him. In that three-game stretch, Harbison ran for seven touchdowns. Northern Illinois is going to lean on Harbison all night long and I like him to score at least once. The price is fair and the ownership won’t be over 25%.

FanDuel, DraftKings DFS Wide Receivers

Quintin Morris - Bowling Green - FanDuel $8,400 / DraftKings $5,600

Remember how ugly quarterback was? Take away all of those guys rushing yards and you’re not left with very many attractive targets. Quintin Morris has been consistent, catching four-plus passes in six of the last seven weeks with the occasional double-figure targets. Bowling Green is going to be playing from behind and I wouldn’t be surprised if Morris caught five or six balls. You can play whatever receivers you want at their salaries, and Morris is my favorite of the bunch.

Cole Tucker - Northern Illinois - FanDuel $8,000 / DraftKings $5,200

Tucker was shutout against Akron, but they just ran the ball all game and didn’t need to do much through the air. Tucker has been over 69 yards in four of the last five weeks and now faces a lackluster Toledo pass defense. Spencer Tears is more expensive, but I’d rather have Tucker for the price.

Desmond Phillips - Toledo - FanDuel $7,000 / DraftKings $4,700

Phillips was targeted six times last week and he hauled in four balls for 55 yards and a touchdown. It’s hard to predict this Toledo pass offense, but Phillips has been getting consistent targets and he’s pretty cheap. There isn’t much rhyme or reason to WR on this slate, but Phillips seems like a guy that’s obviously underpriced.
