FanDuel, DraftKings CFB DFS Picks: Daily Fantasy College Football Advice for 10/11/19

Week 7 college football DFS lineups, sleepers and value picks for the early slate on FanDuel and DraftKings on October 11th. Target these NCAA players in CFB daily fantasy tournaments and cash games.

We're working with another three-game slate here, but these are some fun games. Outside of a low-scoring game between Virginia and Miami, these other two games should have plenty of points. Let's boost this bankroll before a fun Saturday slate full of games with fireworks. Let's dive in and find a couple of top plays at each position!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the slate of games on FanDuel and DraftKings on 10/11/19. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

It's an extremely fun slate ahead of us, with more than enough offense to go around. I'll be breaking down the later slate in a different article, so make sure to keep an eye out for that as well. Let's dive into some of the top plays at each position. You can follow me on Twitter @VarneyDFS. I will be around all day to answer questions.

FanDuel, DraftKings DFS Quarterbacks

Justin Herbert - Oregon - FanDuel $10,000 / DraftKings $7,400

This Colorado defense is just bad and it’s why we see a 21-point spread in this game. They’ve given up over 30 points to every team they’ve faced thus far and none have had as good of an offense as Oregon. Herbert and the Oregon Ducks have been solid to start the year, but have had terrible fantasy match-ups with teams like Cal, Stanford, and Auburn. This Colorado defense is going to be a big relief to everyone in this offense and Herbert should have no problem throwing for 300 yards and a couple scores.

Sheriron Jones - New Mexico - FanDuel $8,400 / DraftKings $6,100

Sheriron Jones entered for a struggling Tuioti last week and turned the game on its head. He threw for 127 yards and two scores and added 104 rushing yards and a touchdown. That rushing upside is very intriguing. Colorado State has one of the worst defense in the nation and will give up at least 25 points to New Mexico. Jones is cheap on both sites and may be my top point-per-dollar QB.

Also Consider - Peter O'Brien, Bryce Perkins

FanDuel, DraftKings DFS Running Backs

Marvin Kinsey Jr - Colorado State - FanDuel $8,900 / DraftKings $7,300

Teams have run all over New Mexico this year and Marvin Kinsey Jr. is easily the best back they’ve faced yet. He was stuffed by a tough SJSU defensive line, but should have a nice bounce-back game here against a run defense that couldn’t stop Sam Houston St. As long as Kinsey is seeing the touches, 100 yards and a score should be in his back pocket tonight. You want as much exposure to this game as possible and CSU wants to run the ball if they can.

C.J. Verdell - Oregon - FanDuel $8,100 / DraftKings $6,000

Verdell was on pace to have a great game last week before he was injured and never got back into the game. Dye ended up fumbling later in the game, and you could feel the offense missing Verdell. He’s an explosive back that can catch the ball and take it to the yard any time he touches it. We’ve already touched on the poor Colorado defense, who’s ranked 143rd against the run. Verdell is a solid play if we get word he’s fully healthy.

Also Consider - Ahmari Davis, Deejay Dallas

FanDuel, DraftKings DFS Wide Receivers

Warren Jackson - Colorado State - FanDuel $9,300 / DraftKings $6,800

Warren Jackson is going to be playing on Sundays very soon and he’ll be the tallest relevant receiver in the league. I may be more bullish on Jackson than some, but he has the feet and special awareness of a little guy and the height and hands of Calvin Johnson. Warren Jackson will could see 20 targets if he’s healthy and plenty of those will be in the red zone. Jackson is my favorite play on the slate and I’m hoping he somehow remains under 40% owned.

Jacob Breeland - Oregon - FanDuel $8,300 / DraftKings $6,500

Justin Herbert hasn’t been able to break out yet, and neither has Jacob Breeland. However, his stats are phenomenal for what this offense has been given so far. In five games, Breeland has caught 23 balls for 352 yards and five touchdowns. Herbert clearly likes Breeland in the red zone and it’s no surprise as he’s a huge target with sticky hands. This match-up with Colorado is the best one yet and 70 yards and a touchdown should be the floor we’re looking at here. Outside of Breeland, Herbert spreads the ball out a ton and one of those cheap pass-catchers could easily score a touchdown or two and push you to the top of a tournament.

Marcus Williams - New Mexico - FanDuel $6,400 / DraftKings $3,800

If we’re playing Sheriron Jones, it might be a good idea to pair him with one of his cheap receivers. Marcus Williams is a tight end and a guy Jones looked at four times in the second half last week. It’s most likely due to Jones not being a great thrower and looking over the middle for easier passes. Williams is cheap on both sites and I love him as a pretty safe value option that won’t be popular in the slightest.

Also Consider - Tony Brown, Joe Reed, Aaron Molina
