Tonight, there is an attractive six-game slate. The Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns are both playing, so uptempo games are definitely going to happen. It should be a high-scoring night. Also, remember to vote!

These are my daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/08/16. Note that these DFS lineup picks can range from some of the elite NBA players to mid-priced DFS options and value play sleepers on FanDuel. Let's get rolling…

FanDuel DFS Guards

Damian Lillard - PG, PHX ($9,800)

Damian Lillard is one of the best guards in the league, and he gets a great matchup tonight against the Phoenix Suns. The Suns are going to push the pace of the game, increasing Lillard's overall fantasy upside. Two games ago, he posted over 50 fantasy points in 37 minutes. He is going to continue to produce like that, as long as the Portland Trailblazers allow him to play big minutes, which should be all season. There is no reason to avoid him in 50/50 contests or tournaments.

Jose Juan Barea - PG, at LAL ($5,700)

For his price tag, Jose Juan Barea is the best guard option on the board tonight. He gets a good matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers, a team that is rather uptempo and lacks a defensive presence. Barea posted over 30 fantasy points in his last outing, in which he played 46 minutes. The Dallas Mavericks are not afraid to really amp up his minutes, if the game is close. He is likely going to score over 20 fantasy points with the ability to post around 40 fantasy points. Use him in all formats, as a salary relief option.

Also Consider:  Zach LaVine - SG, at BKN ($5,900)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

LeBron James - SF, ATL ($9,900)

LeBron James is the best basketball player in the league, and arguably, the best of all time. He has over 54 fantasy points in two straight games now, and it does not look like he is going to slow down any time soon. The Atlanta Hawks should keep this game close, which will in turn keep James' minutes high. He is assisting the ball like a point guard right now, and if he can grab a couple extra rebounds, a triple-double is within reach. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Gorgui Dieng - PF, at BKN ($6,000)

Gorgui Dieng is the Jose Juan Barea of forwards tonight. He gets a great matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, a team that struggles to defend big men, and Dieng has huge upside. He struggled in two straight games now, but prior to that, he posted over 35 fantasy points in four straight games. Do not blindly use him in 50/50 contests, but he is worth consideration in all tournament lineups. His price tag is very reasonable.

Also Consider:  TJ Warren - SF, at POR ($6,400)

FanDuel DFS Centers

DeMarcus Cousins - C, NOP ($9,500)

DeMarcus Cousins is the best center option on the board tonight. His price tag is down because he struggled to start the season, but in two of his last three games, he has over 50 fantasy points. Pairing him with LeBron James in both 50/50 contests and tournaments creates a very high-upside, yet consistent, lineup. The New Orleans Pelicans are not going to be able to shut down the Sacramento Kings' offense. Fortunately, the Kings' defense will not shut down the Pelicans' offense either. This is a great game to target.
