Euro 2024 DFS: DraftKings Daily Fantasy Soccer Picks (7/10/2024) - Today's Top Lineups

Soccer - Euro 2024, DFS Preview

Euro 2024 Soccer DFS lineup picks for DraftKings for 7/10/24 on Matchday 22. These are the top daily fantasy soccer forwards, midfielders, defenders, and goalkeepers.

Happy Match Day 22, RotoBallers! Spain snuck its way past France in the first semifinal on Tuesday night and awaits the winner of today's second semifinal between Netherlands and England. Lamine Yamal scored a stunning strike to level the match before Dani Olmo blasted the winning goal to see La Roja advance to its third final in the last three Euro tournaments.

Today's game between the Netherlands and England features two squads yet to hit their full stride. Both nations produced comeback efforts in the quarterfinals as the Netherlands squeezed by terrific Turkey, and England needed penalties to subdue Switzerland. The Three Lions are favorites, but anything can happen in an elimination game. England looks to make back-to-back trips to the Euro final and avenge their defeat to Italy in 2021. Meanwhile, the Dutch squad will try to advance to their second final in Euro history and go 2-for-2 after their victory in 1988, which also took place in Germany.

The DraftKings Euro 2024 DFS Soccer contests lock at 3:00 pm ET for the 7/10/24 slate. Make sure to get your lineups in early. Also, don't forget to check out the rest of our Euro 2024 coverage on Rotoballer with team and match previews, along with our betting and DFS advice. Vegas Odds for the Day

DraftKings and FanDuel Captain - EURO DFS Picks

Memphis Depay - $14.7K DraftKings; $13 FanDuel

Opponent - England

While Kylian Mbappe was the runaway leader for Captaincy during the first semifinal, tonight's match is a three-way showdown. Memphis Depay, Harry Kane, and Cody Gakpo are all worthy of the armband on Wednesday's slate. Depay gets the nod over the other two because he gets goal contributions (one goal, one assist) and is the dominant set-piece taker for the Dutch. The 30-year-old has 28 corners and free kicks in Euro 2024, and the next closest compatriot is Joey Veerman with seven. Depay is more of a floor play than Gakpo and Kane, but his lack of popularity in contrast to the other two forwards will give DFS managers an edge.

Others To Consider (Cash/GPP):

  • Cody Gakpo ($15.9K DK; $15 FD)
  • Harry Kane ($15.3 DK; $14 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel DFS Flex Options

Bukayo Saka - $8.4K DK; $11 FD

Opponent - Netherlands

Bukayo Saka erased some demons for his previous Euro tournament by converting his spot-kick versus Switzerland. The Arsenal winger was England's best player during the quarterfinal, and he will look to carry that form into a compelling matchup with the Netherlands. The Dutch defenders like to get forward and this will provide plenty of space for Saka to operate. The 22-year-old showed off a classic Saka goal to draw England level in their last game, and the Three Lions may need another moment of magic to advance to their second consecutive Euro final.

Xavi Simons - $7.8K DK; $10 FD

Opponent - England

After a couple of underwhelming performances at the start of the tournament, Xavi Simons has become an integral part of the Netherlands squad. The 21-year-old had a breakout season for RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga last season and had high expectations entering the summer. He's more than met them at this point with three assists, four shots, and seven shots assisted in the last three games. While Simons saw an early hook in the first two games, he played at least 87 minutes in both knockout rounds and should play the full 90 unless the Netherlands are clinging to a lead in the dying moments. The youngster is a great DFS asset in cash or tournament contests on Wednesday.

Declan Rice - $5.2K DK; $9 FD

Opponent - Netherlands

Not every DFS pick has to be an attacker. Declan Rice gets the job done in other ways for our lineups. The Arsenal midfielder has at least three tackles won in four straight games on FanDuel, and he's a better play over there than DraftKings due to the way they value defensive players more equally to attackers. And while he hasn't been called into set-piece duty yet for his country, he showed Premier League fans that he's more than capable in that department if called upon. Rice also doesn't come off the field, so DFS managers can feel safe that the 25-year-old will play the full 90 or 120 minutes during the semifinal.

Others To Consider (Cash/GPP):

  • Jude Bellingham ($9.4K DK; $12 FD)
  • Bart Verbruggen ($5.0K - DraftKings only)
