This could result in potential rotation given the lack of rest between the midweek fixtures and this weekend's fixtures. The final push to the title is on! Let's kick off Matchweek 28!!

Opponent - at Newcastle United
Jordan Pickford has been struggling as of late, making ten saves, conceding six goals, and recording zero clean sheets in his last five starts in domestic play. However, there is no time better than the present.
Newcastle United is top-5 in Shots Per 90 in their last five domestic fixtures, excluding splits. They are also bottom-10 in Goals Per 90. This projects well for Pickford’s ‘floor’ performance. Especially when you consider Everton’s form on the road. In their last five away domestic fixtures, they have conceded just two goals. Pickford is expected to maintain value here.

Opponent - at Burnley FC
Igor Thiago has been on a downturn in form for the last month or so, with a spark of offense in the 1-1 draw with Arsenal, where he registered six shots. Overall, in his most recent five performances in domestic play, he has recorded one goal, 11 shots, three chances created, three tackles, two interceptions, and five clearances.
The striker will once again have another prime matchup, this time at Turf Moor. Burnley, in their last five home domestic matches, have conceded nine goals. That is tied for second-most amongst all clubs on the slate, excluding splits. They are also bottom-3 in all meaningful metrics from a Per 90 against viewpoint, in their last five domestic matches, excluding splits. The slate is expected to be divided between Liverpool FC stacks and Brentford FC stacks. Which side will you take?

Opponent - vs. West Ham United
Hopping over to the other half of the slate, we have Dominik Szoboszlai and Liverpool FC. They will play host to the Hammers in an optimal matchup. West Ham continues to struggle defensively and has benefited from a change in goalkeepers. However, they remain a bottom-5 club in all meaningful metrics from a Per 90 against viewpoint in their last five domestic fixtures, excluding splits. They have also conceded a slate-most ten goals in that timeframe.
In the last five matches for Szoboszlai in all competitions, he has produced two goals, one assist, eight shots, 14 chances created, 27 crosses, 14 corners, 12 tackles, four interceptions, eight clearances, and four blocks. West Ham United concedes a plethora of big chances. The creative attacking midfielder is projected to have a ceiling performance in this friendly fixture.

Lastly is Milos Kerkez of Liverpool FC. There are multiple options at defense this weekend; however, playing the biggest home favorite is never frowned upon. Kerkez has generated two assists, two shots, four chances created, six crosses, six tackles, two interceptions, and 11 clearances throughout his most recent five appearances in all competitions.
West Ham United concedes many big chances, as mentioned above. They also give in to pressure from the flank. If Kerkez can push up enough, he has a strong opportunity to exceed value.
