DraftKings Lineup Picks (Week 13) - NFL DFS Advice

RotoBallers, welcome to Week 13 of the daily fantasy football season. In this column, you will find my recommended DraftKings DFS Lineup Picks to target for Week 13 of the NFL season.

The goal is to identify players to start on DraftKings this week based on various factors including the opponent, the player's opportunity, analysis of the game's matchups, and the DraftKings price.

Let's find some DFS lineup sleepers, and win on DraftKings. Good luck in Week 13!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 13 DFS Picks

Philip Rivers - LAC vs CLE (DK - $7,000)

Rivers is one of the high priced quarterbacks on the slate this, and it's for good reason. He has been playing very well over the past few weeks, putting up two or more touchdowns in four of his last five weeks and has a very favorable match up. This week he is at home against the Browns, who have the 27th DVOA against the pass. This is a prime spot for Rivers and the Chargers offense, so pairing him with either Keenan Allen or Hunter Henry is a great idea. Rivers could be better suited for tournaments, since he is high priced, and could be tough to get to for cash games.

Jameis Winston - TB @ GB (DK - $5,600)

If you are looking for a cheaper option at quarterback, who also has some upside, take a look at Winston he has been cleared to play and will be taking on the Packers, who have the 22nd DVOA against the pass. The Packers have given up 23 or more points in five of their last six games, as their defense is really struggling this season. Winston has 10 touchdowns through eight games this season, and with Doug Martin out with a concussion, we should see the Buccaneers pass the ball plenty.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 13 DFS Picks

Jamaal Williams - GB vs TB (DK - $4,700)

With the Packers top two running backs hurt, we should see Williams get the start yet again. He has 18 or more carries in three straight weeks, and looks to be one of the chalkier options on the slate, especially for cash games. He has 18 or more carries in three straight weeks, and is now up against the Buccaneers, who have the 20th DVOA against the run, which makes this a very favorable match up. Williams also offers a bit of savings, so the roster construction path becomes a bit easier if you are looking to fit in some higher priced players.

Leonard Fournette - JAX vs IND (DK - $7,800)

Fournette is a 20+ carry back, but hasn't seen the level of production in some recent games. He has 33 or fewer rushing yards in two of his last three games, but is in a great bounce back spot at home. He is up against the Colts, who have the 13th DVOA against the run, and the 23rd DVOA overall. The game script is projecting that the Jaguars will be up, and with how good their defense is, they should have a lead, be read to pound the running game. Fournette hasn't scored a touchdown in three weeks, so he is due for a bit of positive regression.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 13 DFS Picks

Johnny Holton - OAK vs NYG (DK - $3,400)

With both Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree being out for this game, the back ups for the Raiders will see an expanded role. Not only does Holton offer a ton of salary relief, he has big play potential. This season, he has four catches for 161 yards, and two touchdowns. He is averaging about 40 yards per catch, which shows he is being targeted down the field. Now that average isn't sustainable, but is shows he has the explosiveness, and against a Giants team who have the 23rd DVOA against the pass, it is certainly a possibility this week.

Brandin Cooks - NE @ BUF (DK - $7,700)

Cooks has five or more receptions in four straight weeks, and seems to be benefiting with Chris Hogan out due to an injury. His targets have increased, and he is making the best of them. He has touchdowns in two straight games, and has a decent match up this week, against the Bills who have the 11th DVOA against the pass. The Patriots have the highest implied team total on the slate at 28 points, so we know they will be scoring a ton.

DraftKings Tight End - Week 13 DFS Pick

Jack Doyle - IND @ JAX (DK - $5,200)

Doyle is one of the more consistent tight ends in the league, but doesn't get the praise, since he plays for a bad team. He has seven or more receptions in seven of his 10 games this season. Great PPR value from him, and with the Colts projected to be down, they will need to throw the ball. Easy check down passes will be the go to for Brissett, so expect plenty of action for Doyle.

DraftKings Defense - Week 13 DFS Pick

Oakland Raiders vs New York Giants (DK $3,100)

The Raiders aren't a defense most people look to roster, but they are in a good spot this week given the match up. They are at home against a now, Geno Smith led New York Giants team. The Giants announced they are benching Eli, and we will see the turnover prone Smith take the field. The Raiders have seven sacks over their last three games, and are a seven point favorite at home. Good for any format this week, and they aren't expensive.
