DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (5/26/22): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

Stephen Curry - NBA DFS Picks, Daily Fantasy Basketball

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on May 26, 2022. Juan Carlos Blanco provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

The Mavericks refused to simply cede the four-game sweep to the Warriors, recording a 119-109 win over Golden State at American Airlines Center in Game 4. However, all that earned them is a trip to Chase Center for Game 5, a contest for which Dallas is a 6.5-to-7-point underdog as of early Thursday.

The DFS outlook for this series has been pretty consistent throughout, and that remains the case for Game 5. Rotations have been tight on both clubs, and there's not much question as to what players the majority of usage will flow through.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 5/26/22.

Remember to monitor the NBA injury report as the slate can completely change before lineup lock at 9:00 pm EST. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings and FanDuel Captain/MVP - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Luka Doncic, DAL ($18,900 DK; $16,500 FD)

Doncic has been consistent for the entire series and has unsurprisingly spearheaded the Mavericks' efforts, and matters should definitely remain the same in Game 5. Luka has scored over 60 fantasy points on each site in each of the last three games, and he's shooting 40.0 percent from three-point range over that span. Doncic's one sub-par shooting night of the series did come at Chase Center in Game 1, but with Golden State allowing 40.6 percent three-point shooting during the series, the All-Star guard is certainly right back in play in the top multiplier spot for Dallas' second straight do-or-die scenario.

Stephen Curry, GSW ($16,500 DK; $15,500 FD)

Curry dipped back under 50.0 percent shooting in Game 4, although he still led the way for the Warriors with 20 points and shot 40.0 percent from distance. The perennial All-Star is shooting 47.9 percent, including 47.1 percent from behind the arc, over the first four games of the series overall, and with averages of 28.0 points, 6.9 assists and 5.5 rebounds over 30 close-out games in his career, he makes for a great alternative to Doncic in the top multiplier spot.

DraftKings and FanDuel Utility Plays - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Jalen Brunson, DAL ($9,000 DK; $13,500 FD)

Brunson is averaging 20.0 points on 49.2 percent shooting, including 45.0 percent from three-point range, in the series, numbers he's complemented with 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. The talented wing is averaging a solid 14.8 shot attempts per game over that span and is averaging over 30 fantasy points per game on both sites during the series, and he should naturally have another higher-usage game in Game 5 with the Mavs once again trying to stave off elimination.

Klay Thompson, GSW ($8,800 DK; $12,000 FD)

Thompson averaged just under 30 fantasy points over the first three games of the series before a Game 4 downturn that saw him post 19.8 DK/20.7 FD points. Nevertheless, Thompson has five tallies of at least 30 fantasy points at home in the postseason, including two over 40. The veteran sharpshooter is also shooting a solid 38.6 percent from three-point range over the entirety of the postseason, and Dallas comes in allowing 39.8 percent shooting from behind the arc in the last three games.

Others to consider: Andrew Wiggins, GSW ($8,000; $13,000 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Value Plays - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Draymond Green, GSW ($7,600 DK; $11,500 FD)

Green has had only one clunker this series, when he generated under 20 fantasy points on both sites in Game 2. Otherwise, he's scored over 28 fantasy points on either site in the other three games, and he's recorded four double-digit point tallies in four of the last five contests overall. The veteran forward can check off every box on the stat sheet and his shooting 51.6 percent overall in the postseason, making him a rock-solid value option at his reasonable salaries.

Spencer Dinwiddie, DAL ($6,200 DK; $10,000 FD)

Dinwiddie posted another productive effort off the bench in Game 4, totaling 27.3 DK/25.6 FD points across 28 minutes. The veteran guard has posted double-digit scoring totals in five of the last six games, shooting a blistering 54.2 percent, including 50.0 percent from three-point range. Dinwiddie has seen minutes in the low 20s at minimum in six straight overall as well, and he should once again remain aggressive during his time on the floor with the Mavs facing elimination.

Others to consider: Dorian Finney-Smith, DAL ($6,600 DK; $9,500 FD)
