DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/28/23): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on April 28, 2023. Mike Marteny provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

We only have two games tonight as the first round of the NBA playoffs winds down. Memphis faces elimination once again in L.A. in Game 6. The Warriors came back from down 2-0 to a 3-2 lead heading back to the Bay. Can the Kings survive to see Game 7?

This is another fun slate we have here! Will the dogs stay alive, or will the big names in the Warriors and Lakers move on?

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for the DraftKings and FanDuel slate beginning at 8 pm ET on 4/28/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool as the slate can completely change before lineups lock. Good luck RotoBallers!

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

De'Aaron Fox - PG, SAC at GS ($8,700 DK, $10,000 FD)

The Kings blew a 2-0 lead, but don't blame Fox. He has at least 50 fantasy points in every game of this series. His shooting efficiency leaves something to be desired, but we don't get docked for that in DFS. Win or lose, we know that Fox is getting us at least 50. I like the upside of Ja Morant more in GPP, but it's really hard to pass on Fox for this price on DK. There isn't a lot of value so that $1,000 savings really helps.

Desmond Bane - SG/SF, MEM at LAL ($7,400 DK, $8,600 FD)

Morant has had some big games recently, but Bane has rather quietly scored 69 points over the last two games. His floor is terrifying, but Bane has also racked up the boards in the last two games as well. Every time Bane feels safe and I use him, he wrecks my lineups. He looks safe but looks can be deceiving. Still, back-to-back games over 50 fantasy points at this price can't be ignored.

Austin Reaves - PG/SG, LAL vs MEM ($5,800 DK, $6,600 FD)

I'm an Oklahoma fan, so I've been watching Reaves longer than most of you sane people. I'll be honest: I never saw this coming. I thought he would be a solid backup a la Hollis Price, but also thought he would most likely end up in Europe. Nope. Reaves has clearly kept improving his game to the point where he is one of the better contributors on a team behind Batman and Robin. He has averaged 34.5 DraftKings points per game in this series. I'm buying in at this price.

Others to consider: Ja Morant ($9,600 DK, $10,500 FD); Malik Monk ($5,500 DK, $6,500 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Andrew Wiggins - SF/PF, GS vs. SAC ($6,800 DK, $7,500 FD)

Wiggins has been a very consistent player throughout this series for the Warriors. I feel like we can rely on him for at least 30-35 fantasy points per game just like we can count on Curry to get somewhere in the 40s. The difference is that Curry is priced so high that you need a ceiling game from him to be anywhere near the top of a GPP tournament. You don't need a ceiling from Wiggins at this price. He is priced right where he needs to be.

Draymond Green - PF/C, GS vs. SAC ($6,400 DK, $7,800 FD)

Green has scored in double figures in each of the last two games, which is strange in and of itself. I don't think we can count on that happening again, but Draymond had a dreadful shooting night in Game 4 and still topped 40 fantasy points. His price is still low enough that Green is a lock to hit 5x and could go as high as 7x.

Keegan Murray - PF, SAC vs. GS ($4,300 DK, $4,500 FD)

Murray has played 68 minutes over the last two games of this series. We all know that minutes mean opportunities and right now, Murray is getting more minutes than Kevin Huerter or Harrison Barnes. That could change, but I feel like 30+ minutes from Murray at this price is a huge bargain. He had big games here and there throughout the year, but this is a chance I'm willing to take in GPP formats.

Others to consider: LeBron James ($10,100 DK, $10,700 FD); Rui Hachimura ($4,900 DK, $4,800 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Kevon Looney - GS vs. SAC ($5,900 DK, $6,800 FD)

Looney has been huge in each of the last three games of the series, pulling in a staggering 56 rebounds in just three games! Who does he think he is, Andre Drummond? The difference is that Looney is a plus passer and almost never shoots free throws. He hasn't been to the stripe since Game 1. That's no matter. I'll take those huge rebound numbers and not even mess with AD.

Others to consider: Anthony Davis ($10,200 DK, $11,500 FD); Xavier Tillman Sr. ($5,600 DK, $6,200 FD)
