DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (12/4/23): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

Jayson Tatum - NBA DFS Picks, Daily Fantasy Basketball, NBA Injury News

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on December 4, 2023. Mike Barner provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

We have reached the In-Season Tournament Quarterfinals. The downside is that it means there will only be two games played across the NBA on Monday.

With there being just two games, we don’t have a lengthy injury report. Kristaps Porzingis (calf) will remain out for the Celtics. The biggest name listed as questionable is Tyrese Haliburton (illness).

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 12/4/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:30 PM EST. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

De'Aaron Fox, SAC vs. NO – PG ($9,600 DK; $10,500 FD)

The first time these two teams met this season, Fox was held to 14 points on 5-for-18 shooting from the field. The second time, he bounced back for 26 points on 9-for-17 shooting. Both of those games were played in New Orleans. Fox is averaging 27.9 points and shooting 45.0 percent from the field on the road this season, but he is averaging 33.2 points and shooting 52.6 percent from the field at home. As good as the Pelicans can be on defense, Fox is still a great option.

Derrick White, BOS at IND – PG/SG ($6,600 DK; $7,100 FD)

Get ready to fire up players on the Celtics. This is a great matchup for them. The Pacers have played at the fastest pace and they have the second-worst defensive rating in the league. Across the last three games with Porzingis out, White has averaged 16.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 7.7 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.7 three-pointers.

ALSO CONSIDER: Jaylen Brown, BOS at IND – SG/SF ($8,200 DK; $8,200 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Jayson Tatum, BOS at IND – SF/PF ($10,100 DK; $10,300 FD)

Tatum was ejected in the third quarter of his last game Friday versus the 76ers. Despite playing just 27 minutes, he still posted 21 points, seven rebounds, and four assists. He is shooting 49.9 percent from the field this season and is on pace to average at least 8.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists for the third straight season. Given the fast pace at which the Pacers usually play, Tatum has the potential to produce a monster stat line.

Sam Hauser, BOS at IND – SF/SG ($4,500 DK; $4,100 FD)

Hauser is only averaging 23 minutes per game for the season, but he has averaged 26 minutes over the last three games without Porzingis. The result has been averages of 10.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists. After shooting 41.8 percent from behind the arc last season, he is shooting 43.7 percent on 6.3 attempts per game this season. The potential for a lot of three-point attempts against a bad defensive team that plays at a fast pace leaves Hauser with the potential to provide value.

ALSO CONSIDER: Zion Williamson, NO at SAC – PF/C ($8,700 DK; $9,200 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Myles Turner, IND vs. BOS – C ($7,000 DK; $7,400 FD)

Turner is only shooting 32.9 percent on three-pointers this season, which is down from 37.3 percent last season. He has remained efficient overall, though, shooting 51.2 percent from the field. That has propelled him to average 16.6 points per game to go along with 7.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks. The Celtics won’t have Porzingis patrolling the paint, which could provide a boost for Turner.

Al Horford, BOS at IND – C ($6,200 DK; $6,300 FD)

The Celtics entered the season with hopes of limiting Horford’s minutes to keep him fresh for the playoffs. That plan has gone out the window with Porzingis now sidelined. Horford has logged at least 28 minutes and started each of the last three games. He used his expanded role to put up 14.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.3 steals, and 2.3 blocks per game during that span. At his reasonable salary on both sites, he’s difficult to pass up.

ALSO CONSIDER: Domantas Sabonis, SAC vs. NO – C ($9,900 DK; $9,700 FD)
