These DraftKings lineup recommendations are based on matchups, recent performances, overall upside/talent levels, and other factors such as Vegas odds, home field advantage, and more. There are still quite a few great value plays available, so read on to find out which players are the best for Week 8. Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 8 DFS Picks

Aaron Rodgers (at ATL, $7,500)

Aaron Rodgers struggled in the first half of the game against the Chicago Bears last weekend, but he came out in the second half and showed the world that questioning his talent level is not the correct thing to do. He posted over 25 fantasy points, throwing three touchdowns and over 300 yards for the first time all season. He gets a great matchup against the Atlanta Falcons this weekend, in what should be a very high-scoring affair. The Packers are not healthy at the running back position, so Rodgers is going to throw the ball around 50 times. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments without hesitation.

Jameis Winston (vs OAK, $5,700)

The best pairing this week is Jameis Winston and Mike Evans. Winston posted over 20 fantasy points against the San Francisco 49ers last week, throwing three touchdowns, two of which were to Mike Evans, and over 250 yards. He gets a great matchup against the Oakland Raiders, a team that struggles heavily to defend the pass attack. Winston should drop back 30-40 times, and Mike Evans is just so easy to connect with. This game will definitely involve some scoring, and it is unlikely that the Tampa Bay Bucs get it done on the ground.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 8 DFS Picks

Lamar Miller (vs DET, $6,300)

Lamar Miller is worth consideration in tournaments this week against the Detroit Lions. His price tag is too low for his ceiling. Against the Indianapolis Colts, he posted over 35 fantasy points, and he is still, despite his struggles, one of the best fantasy running backs in the league. He just needs to find the end zone a little bit more often. The Detroit Lions are horrible defensively, and the Houston Texas are struggling to get their passing attack going. Miller should see over 20 rushing attempts, and hopefully, find the end zone.

Devontae Booker (vs SD, $3,700)

This is the easiest play of the week. Devontae Booker is going to see a bulk of the Denver Broncos carries now that C.J. Anderson is out for the season. Anderson denied the reports, but the reports were correct. Booker posted over 15 fantasy points in his last game, in which he touched the ball only 17 times. He should see around 20-25 touches this week, and with his price tag being as low as it is, he will hit value without a problem. Use him in all leagues.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 8 DFS Picks

Mike Evans (vs OAK, $8,100)

As previously mentioned, Mike Evans is one of the best wide receivers on the board this week. Jameis Winston is going to connect with him in the end zone, as the Oakland Raiders struggle to defend the passing attack. Evans scored twice last week, and due to his large frame, he has scored an outstanding six times this season. He only has one game in which he did not catch a touchdown. He is a very consistent option, so using him in 50/50 contests makes sense and his touchdown potential makes him great in tournaments.

Ty Montgomery (at ATL, $5,300)

The Green Bay Packers' newest running back is available on DraftKings at the wide receiver position. He posted over 19 fantasy points in two straight weeks now. Last week, against the Chicago Bears, he caught 10 passes from Aaron Rodgers, all while playing running back. He will continue to play running back, which will only increase his upside against the Atlanta Falcons. His price tag is too low. He has touchdown scoring ability on every play. Use him in all leagues, especially as a pairing with Rodgers.

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 8 DFS Picks

Gary Barnidge (vs NYJ, $3,300)

Gary Barnidge is starting to play better for the Cleveland Browns. He was targeted seven times last week, posting over 10 fantasy points. In fact, he has over 10 fantasy points in four of his last five games. The New York Jets are solid defensively, but struggle against opposing tight ends. Barnidge has yet to find the end zone this season, but it has to happen eventually. When it does, he will crush value. Use him in tournaments this week, as no one on the Cleveland Browns' roster should be used in 50/50 contests.

DraftKings Defenses - Week 8 DFS Picks

Kansas City Chiefs (at IND, $2,800)

The Kansas City Chiefs get a solid matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, a team that struggles offensively from time to time. The Chiefs are solid defensively, and their price tag is low. In the last four weeks, aside from one horrible performance of negative two fantasy points, the Chiefs posted 35, 10, and 11. Use them in tournaments. Defense is incredibly difficult to predict, so beware.
