DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/15/18): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on April 15, 2018. Justin Bales' NBA DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

We're onto the second day of the playoffs, and we finally get to see Playoff LeBron in action. If you've never seen him play in the playoffs, then why are you playing fantasy basketball? Jokes aside, it's a sight to see. He's the best play of all time, and if you're a Michael Jordan fan, I apologize now. I love Jordan as much as anyone, but I simply think James is better.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/15/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too. Give me a follow on Twitter @BalesSJustin. Good luck!

DraftKings DFS Guards

Ricky Rubio - PG, at OKC ($5,900)

Rubio is the most obvious play on this slate, and for his price, he makes a "fade at your own risk" type of player. He was dealing with an injury before the playoffs, so he only saw limited in his last few games. Over the last 10 days, Rubio is averaging 1.48 fantasy points per minute, and he will be locked into 30+ minutes tonight. This will likely be the only game you can play him for this cheap, making him an elite option in all leagues.

Bojan Bogdanovic - SG/SF, at CLE ($4,700)

I'm looking to give you options that you can fill a team out with instead of arguing, "play Westbrook because he's the best." Bogdanovic has played 30+ minutes in nine of his last 10 games, scoring between 8 and 41 fantasy points in those games. He is a terribly risky option, but there are not many options with 40+ fantasy point upside for his price tag. Cleveland struggles to contain scorers, and Bogdanovic's best trait is his scoring ability. He should only be used in GPPs, but that is all you should truly be playing today anyway.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

LeBron James - SF/PF, vs IND ($11,500)

If you have never seen James in the playoffs, gear up for an elite showing. In his last three seasons with Cleveland, James is averaging 29.6 points, 10.0 rebounds, 8.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.2 blocks in 40.8 minutes per game in the playoffs. James has seen a bigger role this season than most years because Cleveland does not feature a great roster. He could see extra opportunities today, and James should be locked into all leagues.

Greg Monroe - PF/C, vs MIL ($4,900)

Monroe is an interesting option. He generally plays minutes in the low- to mid-20s, and he is averaging 1.46 fantasy points per minute over the last 10 days. If Monroe catches fire early, it's difficult to believe Boston will not give him extended minutes today. He is somewhat of a low risk option because of his current price tag, and he also comes with tremendous upside.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Karl-Anthony Towns - C, at HOU ($9,600)

There are a few cheap options that can be considered at center, but paying up for Towns is an elite strategy. He is averaging 23.8 points, 14.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.5 blocks, and 1.0 steal in 34.5 minutes per game against the Houston Rockets this season. He has scored 50+ fantasy points in each of his final two games, and he has flashed 90 fantasy point potential throughout the season. He's an elite option.
