DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (3/19/19): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on March 19, 2019. Justin Bales provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

After a nine game Monday slate, we're back to a six game Tuesday slate. Still, there are plenty of great games tonight, and we have a plethora of options that can be used for fantasy.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/19/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups too early.

Be sure to check all the NBA starting lineups and player statuses and availability prior to opening tip. Find me in the NBA Chat Room or @BalesSJustin on Twitter if you have any questions.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander - PG/SG, vs IND ($4,900)

Gilgeous-Alexander is peaking at the end of the season, which tends to be the case for rookies, who don't log heavy minutes. He's averaging 13.4 points, 3.4 rebonds, 5.0 assists, and 1.4 steals (28.3 fantasy points) in 27.6 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He has also played 36 and 30 minutes in his last two games, scoring 33.5 and 44.25 fantasy points in those games. He gets a difficult matchup on paper against the Indiana Pacers, but they haven't featured the same defensive backcourt since Victor Oladipo was injured. SGA likely isn't safe enough for cash games, but he can be used in tournaments tonight.

D'Angelo Russell - PG/SG, at SAC ($7,400)

Russell's minutes have been relatively inconsistent since the return of Spencer Dinwiddie, but he's still averaging 19.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.6 steals (38.3 fantasy points) in 29.2 minutes per game over the last 10 days. While he hasn't been overly consistent, he posted 58.25 fantasy points in his last game, flashing the upside that we've been attacking all season. He gets an elite matchup against a fast paced Sacramento Kings team that has struggled against guards this season. Russell posted 55.5 fantasy points in his only matchup against Sacramento this season, and he makes an elite tournament option once again tonight.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Bojan Bogdanovic - SG/SF, at LAC ($5,900)

Bogdanovic has been extremely consistent for the Indiana Pacers recently. He's averaging 19.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists (30.9 fantasy points) in 33.5 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He has seen his role in the offense increase since the injury to Oladipo, but that doesn't seem to be built into his price tag. Bogdanovic has consistently been scoring 30+ fantasy points, while also flashing upside. He gets an elite matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers, and Bogdanovic makes an outstanding option in all leagues.

Harry Giles - PF/C, vs BKN ($4,000)

Marvin Bagley is healthy once again, which adds risk to Giles as a player. Even with Bagley healthy, Giles is averaging 10.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.0 block (23.1 fantasy points) in 19.5 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He has also scored 25+ fantasy points in three of his last four games, including a 35.5 fantasy point performance against the Chicago Bulls. The Brooklyn Nets have struggled for the majority of the season against big men, and Giles is a cheap option, who can exploit them on a limited game slate.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Boban Marjanovic - C, at CHA ($4,100)

Marjanovic can generally be avoided because of his lack of minutes, but Joel Embiid has been ruled out for rest tonight. On the season, Marjanovic is averaging 1.33 fantasy points per minute through 44 games. He has played 20+ minutes in two of his last six games, scoring 33.5 and 38 fantasy points in those games. Marjanovic gets a great matchup against the Charlotte Hornets, who have struggled against centers this season, and Marjanovic is an elite salary relief option tonight.
