DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (2/25/18): NBA DFS Lineups

There are a few games today, but DraftKings broke them up into two different slates. This article will be focusing around the games at 8 PM, as that is seen as the "featured" slate on DraftKings. There will be limited options, so I'll be trying to find some values and top plays here.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/25/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options, to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Will Barton - SG/SF, vs HOU ($6,300)

Barton caught fire before the All Star Break, scoring 38.75, 39.25, and 43.25 fantasy points in his last three games before the break. He only scored 25.25 fantasy points in his first game back from the break, but that has caused his price tag to drop drastically. That was also in a tough matchup against the San Antonio Spurs, and he gets a much better matchup against the Houston Rockets tonight. Houston loves pushing the pace, and that game should feature an elite total. Barton is a big part of Denver's rotation, and he makes a great option on this slate.

Tomas Satoransky - PG/SG, vs PHI ($5,700)

Satoransky does not necessarily have top name value, which generally keeps his own percentage fairly low. He is another player that caught fire before the All Star Break, as he was averaging 37.2 fantasy points per game over his last four games before the break. Similarly to Barton, he struggled in his first game back, causing his price tag to stay reasonably low. He is averaging a 9.0/2.0/5.5/1.0 line in only 25.3 minutes against the Philadelphia 76ers this season, and he will see minutes in the mid-30s tonight. Satoransky can be used in all leagues.

 

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Otto Porter Jr. - SF/PF, vs PHI ($6,600)

Porter has been a surprisingly consistent option recently, as he has scored 30+ fantasy points in nine of his last 10 games. He has also displayed upside over that span, scoring upwards of 50 fantasy points in a game against the Boston Celtics. Porter recently found success against the Philadelphia 76ers, and he should continue to find success without John Wall in the lineup. He is one of the more consistent options on this slate.

Marco Belinelli - SG/SF, at WAS ($4,100)

Belinelli is a player that will likely fly under the radar, but he makes for an interesting salary relief option. In three games with the Sixers, he is averaging 12.3 points and 1.3 rebounds in 26.7 minutes per game. Belinelli is a player that relies heavily on scoring, as you can see above, but this game is expected to feature plenty of points. He has taken double digit shot attempts in two of his three games with Philly, and he could be in line for that again tonight. He is somewhat of a shot in the dark type of play, but he comes with a low salary and solid upside.

 

DraftKings DFS Centers

Joel Embiid - C, at WAS ($9,600)

Embiid is a bit of an obvious play tonight, but Nikola Jokic could keep his own percentage lower than anticipated. Embiid's price tag is surprisingly low, and he has scored between 50 and 71 fantasy points in five of his last six games. He has been a better fantasy option on the road this season, and he is averaging a 23.3/13.3/3.3/2.7/0.3 line in 30.3 minutes per game against the Washington Wizards this season. He is a safe option that comes with tremendous upside, as well.
