DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (11/19/18): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on November 19, 2018. Tom Vecchio provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

We have a nine-game slate to kick off our NBA week and the slate is loaded. There are five players over $10K you may want to pay up for, but you'll need a bit of savings to get up to those players, so let's take a look at a few players in the mid-tier, along with one high-end option.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/19/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups to early and check player statuses prior to opening tip. Give me a follow on Twitter @DFS_Tom with questions or comments. Good luck everyone.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Bryn Forbes - PG, SA @ NO (DK - $4,100)

Forbes has played 28 minutes or more in five straight games while posting 20 or more DraftKings points in three of those games. While that is under one fantasy point per minute, we are talking about a player who is just over $4K, so we don't need him to do a whole lot for our lineups. The matchup is solid for him as he is up against the Pelicans who are giving up 52 DraftKings points per game to point guards, which is last in the league.

Lou Williams - SG, LAC @ ATL (DK - $6,200)

Williams got off to a bit of a slow start this season but has turned things around recently. In his last 10 games, Williams has scored 25 DraftKings points or more in all of those games, with six of those games being over 30 points. Absolutely fantastic game environment tonight along with a fantastic matchup against the Hawks. This game has an over-under set at 228 points, with a spread of seven, so we should be looking at a close, high-scoring game. The Hawks are giving up 47 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards this season, which is dead last in the league.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Kyle Anderson - SF, MEM vs DAL (DK - $4,600)

Anderson and the Grizzlies are up against the Mavericks tonight in what should be a lower scoring game, but still, good fantasy value to be had. Anderson has posted 23 DraftKings points or more in six of his last seven games and comes in with 0.75 fantasy points per minute this season. This may not be mind-blowing production, but again, we are dealing with a lower priced player, who only needs 23 DK points in order to reach 5x value.

Blake Griffin - PF, DET vs CLE (DK - $10,100)

Griffin has taken 16 or more field goal attempts in three of his last four games, meaning the ball will be in his hands plenty and has a high ceiling due to his pure scoring ability. Also, love the fact that Griffin is averaging 10 rebounds per game, so we are looking at consistent double-double potential, with a high ceiling of points. Griffin and the Pistons find themselves up against the Cavaliers in a game where the over-under is set at 211 points.

DraftKings DFS Center

Steven Adams - C, OKC @ SAC (DK - $7,500)

Adams often goes overlooked at the center position, since he gives up some usage to the other players on his team and isn't thought of as an offensive powerhouse. Regardless, the spot for Adams tonight couldn't be better and at his price, he should be good for any format. Adams comes in with 35 DraftKings points or more in six straight games, which should be able to continue tonight, as he is up against the Kings, who are giving up 60 DraftKings points per game to centers, which is sixth worst in the league.
