DraftKings DFS Guards

Zach LaVine - PG/SG, @ CHA ($7,900)

Coming off career-highs in points, rebounds and assists, Zach LaVine has already made lofty goals for himself this season, including his first All-Star appearance. LaVine has a great opportunity to state his case Wednesday night in Charlotte. The Charlotte Hornets have entered rebuilding mode after trading away their star point guard Kemba Walker for Terry Rozier. Rozier had his worst defensive-rated season last year and will most likely be more focused on offense this season. LaVine will likely have no issues scoring in what should be a shootout.

Buddy Hield - SG/SF, @ PHO ($7,000)

Buddy Hield recently signed a four-year, $94 million contract extension to continue his career in Sacramento. The contract also has an extra $12 million in incentives. Hield has a great starting opportunity for his incentives Wednesday night against the Phoenix Suns who finished 28th in the league last season. In four games against the Suns, Hield averaged 19.8 points on 45.8 percent shooting from the field, 5.5 rebounds and 4.0 three pointers in just 27.7 minutes per game. Hield will be a solid guard option for DFS Wednesday night.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Jonathan Isaac - SF/PF, vs CLE ($6,100)

The Jonathan Isaac hype train is riding yet again. After an injury-riddled rookie season, Isaac was able to suit up for 75 games last year and was a solid contributor across the board.  Isaac's length and athleticism translates well to his game, especially on the defensive end. With preseason averages of 9.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.0 steals, 1.5 blocks and 0.8 threes in just 24.1 minutes per game, Isaac is looking to take yet another leap in his career. Isaac will get an easy match-up at home against the Cleveland Cavaliers, who were the worst-rated defensive team in the league last season.

Otto Porter, Jr. - SF/PF, @ CHA ($5,800)

As mentioned before, the Charlotte Hornets are projected to finish the worst team in the league this season and Otto Porter Jr. should feast on rookie PJ Washington. After getting traded to the Chicago Bulls last season, Porter averaged 17.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.6 three-pointers and 1.2 steals. Porter is projected to pick up where he left off and operate as the second option on a young Bulls team. Look for Porter to be a solid option in DFS Wednesday night, especially at the current price tag.

DraftKings DFS Centers

LaMarcus Aldridge - PF/C, vs NY ($7,300)

LaMarcus Aldridge's ability to increase his shooting range has helped him adapt well to the constantly changing league, especially at 34-years-old. Aldridge will have the pleasure of facing the New York Knicks at home who gave up the third most fantasy points to centers last season. The Knicks have added big men Julius Randle and Bobby Portis, both of whom are below league average in career defensive rating. The Knicks are also in danger of being without center Mitchell Robinson (ankle) who is listed as questionable. All signs are pointing to a big outing for Aldridge in their home opener.

Dewayne Dedmon - C, @ PHO ($5,100)

Dewayne Dedmon has officially been ruled the starting center in Sacramento after signing with the Kings in the offseason. Dedmon's game should translate nicely with the fast-paced Kings as the Atlanta Hawks, Dedmon's former team, had the highest pace in the league last season. Dedmon will also have the luxury of facing the Phoenix Suns opening night. The Suns were the second-worst in the league in defensive rating last season and their offseason acquisitions are pointing to more of the same. Dedmon will be a cheap option Wednesday night.
