In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 1/7/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

DraftKings DFS Guards

D.J. Augustin - PG, ORL @ SAC (DK - $4.600)

Augustin certainly isn't the most exciting player to be rostering in NBA DFS, but he is cheap and will allow you to spend up on one of the big-name stars on the slate, as there are several. Augustin has posted 22 or more DraftKings points in five straight games and is now up against the Kings, who are giving up 50 DraftKings points per game to point guards this season. This game has an over-under set at 224 points, which sets up to be a fantastic environment for fantasy points.

James Harden - SG, HOU vs DEN (DK - $12,000)

Harden is simply playing on another level right now, as he is averaging 71 DraftKings points in his last five games. That's an insane level of production but it also makes him the most expensive player on the slate tonight. On paper, it's a bit of a tougher matchup for Harden going up against the Nuggets who are only giving up 36 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards this season, but that truly doesn't matter. He comes in with a usage rate sitting at 49% while producing 1.86 fantasy points per minute this season, so yeah, play him if you can afford him.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Kevin Knox - SF, NYK @ POR (DK - $5,800)

Knox is playing a ton of minutes as of late and producing good, but not great fantasy numbers in that span. He has played 36 minutes or more in each of his last 10 games, but posted over 30 DraftKings points only three times. A bit under one fantasy point per minute, but not sure he needs to reach that mark in order for him to be worth the rosters spot since every game in that span has still been over 21 DK points. You are getting a player with a very solid floor, with what appears to be a limited ceiling.

Paul Millsap - PF, DEN @ HOU (DK - $5,400)

Love the price on Millsap tonight, combined with the fact he has produced over one fantasy point per minute in two of his last three games and is now up against the Rockets who are giving up 46 DK points per game to power forwards. We have an over-under set at 221 points, with Houston only being favored by one point, so we should be in for a very high scoring and close game, which is fantastic for DFS.

DraftKings DFS Centers

DeAndre Jordan - C, DAL vs LAL (DK - $6,100)

With a full slate of games, Jordan will almost certainly go overlooked at center, since there are several high-priced centers to pay up for. He comes in producing over one fantasy point per minute in seven of his last 10 games while posting six double-doubles in that span. The matchup is fantastic for him tonight, as he is up against the Lakers who are giving up 59 DraftKings points per game to centers this season, which is fifth worst in the league. He really isn't that expensive tonight and looks to be a lock for a double-double, which makes him a great tournament option.
