We have a big 12 game NBA slate to get us through this hump day, and there are some very interesting options across the board. There are a number of injuries going around, so this should open up some value plays once we get the starting lineups.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/20/17. I play both cash and GPP, so I will be looking for both players who have consistency, along with value plays that have upside from a favorable match up, or other factors.

DraftKings DFS Guards
Chris Paul - PG, HOU vs LAL (DK - $9,800)
CP3 is on another level right now, putting up 40 or more DraftKings points in seven straight games, an unbelievable streak in the works. He brings a 24% usage rate, but what is more is impressive is that he is averaging 1.38 fantasy points per minute, and isn't even the best player on the team. The way he has it into this lineup is truly something to behold. Paul is up against the Lakers, who are giving up 48 DraftKings points per game to point guards, which is seventh worst in the league. Great spot for him tonight in a game that has an over-under of 225 points.
Justin Holiday - SG, CHI vs ORL (DK - $5,200)
Holiday is nice mid-range option tonight and has a very favorable match up tonight. He is up against the Magic, who are giving up 43 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards, putting him in a good spot. He has 24 or more DraftKings points in three of his last four games, and has a 20% usage rate. He is somewhat reliant on pure points to reach value, which can make him more of a GPP option compared to cash games.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Harrison Barnes - SF, DAL vs DET (DK - $6,700)
Barnes is one of the more underrated players in DFS, but brings plenty of value to your roster. He has a 25% usage rate, along with averaging 0.90 fantasy points per minute, both of which are near the top for the Mavericks. He has 29 or more DraftKings points in three of his last four games, and is up against the Pistons who are giving up 43 points per game to small forwards. Barnes makes a great cash game tonight since he has consistency and a positive match up.
Thaddeus Young - PF, IND @ ATL (DK - $6,200)
Young certainly isn't one of the flashier players when it comes to NBA DFS, but he is up against the Hawks tonight, who are one of the leagues worst teams. The Hawks are giving up 49 DraftKings points per game to power forwards, which is fourth worst in the league. He has scored 28 or more DraftKings points in eight of his last ten games, and has some sneaky consistency that often goes over looked. Positive match up for him in a game that has an over-under of 213 points.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Andre Drummond - C, DET @ DAL (DK - $9,100)
Drummond is up against the Mavericks who are giving up 55 DraftKings points per game to centers, putting him in a fantastic spot. The Mavs don't really have players that can rebound the ball, and the upside for him is massive tonight. He has 49 or more DK points in two of his last three games and is looking to be one of the more popular options tonight. He is good for either format since he has a solid floor of points, and the tournament upside comes from the match up.
