The time is right to employ an ultimate stars and scrubs strategy on Thursday night. With KD, Brook, the Brow and the Beard all on the board with plus matchups, it just feels right. And hey, maybe even Dwight Howard could get a mention in today’s DFS DraftKings piece. Spoiler Alert: He doesn’t.

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for DraftKings for 2/25/16. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays. Be sure to check out my podcast every Monday and Thursday right here at Rotoballer for all your DFS needs.

DraftKings DFS Point Guards

Russell Westbrook (at NOP, $11,000)

The Westbrook DFS play has much higher reviews on Amazon than that sweet, sweet Sex Panther cologne. That’s because 90% of the time, Westbrook works all the time.

Donald Sloan (at PHO, $4,600)

Ronnie Price (vs BKN, $3,600)

Shane Larkin (at PHO, $3,600)

Brooklyn versus Phoenix! Two teams headed straight for the toilet bowl in their respective conferences. This screams disgusting game at best, but fear not. There are plenty of chances in the DFS world for cheaper end plays to have return some great value for their owners. Starting at point guard. Sloan, Price, and Larkin are all lower end players at the point with juicy matchups. Brooklyn is ranked 22nd and Phoenix is ranked 30th against the point guard position, respectively. Methinks there will be plenty of steals between these three players on Thursday.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

James Harden (at POR $10,500)

Fear the Beard. Harden is the top projected scorer of the night at all positions for Thursday. He is currently averaging 58.85 DK fantasy points per game over the last five, with no signs of slowing down against C.J. McCollum and his 108 DRating. Beard out.

Evan Turner (vs MIL, $5,200)

The injury to Kelly Olynyk opens up some minutes, especially with guys coming off the bench like Turner. He has returned at least 5x value in five of his last six games. Meanwhile, Milwaukee is a giant question mark every night. There are a couple certainties with the Bucks, though. For instance, opposing two guards and swingmen can absolutely attack them with some feracity. Luckily, Turner plays a little of both.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Kevin Durant (at NOP, $9,800)

When is the last time you saw KD’s price fall under $10k? Insane. He is due to give a nice return to his owners tonight. Have fun.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (at BOS, $7,700)

Remember all that mumbo-jumbo about the Bucks and all their question marks? Even though that is still technically true, the Greek Freak is about as sure a thing as any in Milwaukee. Except maybe the beer. Alphabet is coming off a monster triple-double performance against the Lakers, but he was butter even before the previous game. Thursday’s game in Boston should be up and down, meaning Mr. Freak will have another chance to stuff that stat sheet.

Al-Farouq Aminu (vs HOU, $4,700)

Maurice Harkless (vs HOU, $4,600)

Trevor Ariza and the Rockets, which conveniently sounds like a MoTown R & B group, have been absolutely exploitable at the swing, giving up the most fantasy points to the position on the season. Aminu and Harkless will be splitting time and should share the spoils. Though Aminu is cash safer, Harkless has much more upside and is a better tournament play.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

Thaddues Young (at PHO, $6,700)

Here he is again! Thad can’t seem to shake making this list. For most of the season, his addition to my DFS roster has paid off. He has had a couple of scrub performances as of late, but that should not be the case against a team that has taken the number one spot on my list of teams to attack. Thad is a about as cash safe as they come Thursday night.

Jabari Parker (at BOS, $6,200)

Jabari was playing more like a jabroni for most of this season. But since the All Star Break, this former jabroni has been straight fire, averaging 20.75 points, 10.5 boards, and three assists over his last four. He must have caught lightning in a bottle over the break or something. Either way, the young Buck will continue his streak against the Celtics in an up-tempo matchup.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Tyson Chandler (vs BKN, $4,300)
Alex Len is listed as questionable with a right ankle sprain again. That means that whoever will be playing center for the Suns will get a plethora of minutes. Lo and behold Mr. Tyson Chandler appears healthy and is ready to play again. He is in a good spot tonight to grab a ton of boards and play a ton of minutes.
