DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice - NBA DFS Lineup Picks for 11/29/15

For this lineup, I am focusing heavily on those playing teams like the Houston Rockets, Philadelphia 76ers or the Los Angeles Lakers. It's tough to really understand what's going on in Houston. The 76ers are in a race with the Golden State Warriors over who can change the zero in their record to a one first. And the Lakers, well, wake up, Kobe. It's allegedly your last season, dude.

Besides all that, all three teams give up a lot of points and a lot of rebounds, bulking up fantasy stats for their opponents. Luckily, all three are playing in the same day, along with other teams that can let their giving spirits show before December even begins. Matchups are key.

Check out my Daily NBA pick for DraftKings, 11/29/15.

DraftKings DFS Point Guards

Mike Conley (vs PHI, $6,900)

Conley has visited the free throw line 20 times in his last four games and hasn't missed a single attempt. He is facing a 76ers team that has the highest opponent free throw percentage at .818%, while also allowing 24.9 free throw attempts in a game. Conley should be able to take advantage of how often Philadelphia is in foul trouble and tally on points to go along with his 6.6 assists a game.

Reggie Jackson (at BK, $7,200)

Jackson is heading into a favorable matchup against the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets give up the most three pointers in a game, 10.1, opening up opportunities for Jackson to light it up from behind the arc. Jackson hasn't exactly excelled at dropping three's this season but he attempts 4.6 a game, and has attempted 71 total this season. Opponents of the Nets are shooting .380% from downtown.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (at BK, $4,700)

Caldwell-Pope is coming off his second highest minutes played this season, now heading to the Barclays Center Sunday. The Nets have allowed 104.7 points a night, and haven't exactly given faithful fans walking from Atlantic Terminal much to cheer about thus far. This is a perfect matchup for Caldwell-Pope to reach double digit scoring and come close to his season high of 21 points, which happened the first game of the season. Caldwell-Pope does just enough to produce a solid stat line resulting in over 20 points; valuable at his price.

Avery Bradley (at ORL, $6,400)

Last week against the Nets, Bradley went 7-14 from behind the arc, and has attempted 5.8 threes per game. The Boston Celtics head to Orlando where the Magic relinquish 9.1 three pointers a contest and have allowed the fourth most attempts all season. Three balls can make or break your lineup. Bradley certainly attempts enough to break out in Florida. We've seen a $2,000 Mount-Everest-type hike in Bradley's price, in an abbreviated amount of time, but that's only because he is a significant part of Boston's lineup. He won't sprinkle that many stats across the board, but will pickpocket opponents close to two times a game.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Jeff Green (vs PHI, $5,100)

The 76ers give up 36.2 defensive rebounds a game, the third most overall in the NBA. Green has grabbed seven boards in four straight games and has been impressive since joining the Grizzlies starting lineup on November 15th. In that span he has averaged 27.7 fantasy points, significantly higher than his season average of 19.9. His stock continues to rise but he is still relatively inexpensive for his production. Until Zach Randolph returns from injury, Green should be plugged into your lineup daily.

Paul George (at LAL, $10,100)

Good news, everybody. George's price went down $100. Remember remember, the fourth of November. That was the last time George has dropped less than 20 points. There appears to be no lingering effects of last year's broken leg, and George has proven to be the best consistent daily fantasy option, besides that point guard on that undefeated team on the west coast. The Los Angeles Lakers give up 105.8 points per game. They also hand over 88.9 field goal attempts each contest; the second most in the NBA.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

Kristaps Porzingis (vs HOU, $7,500)

The Porzingisaurus from Latvia has been a rebound machine for the New York Knicks this season, averaging 9.1 a night, and has had his fair share of contests where he'll break out with multiple offensive rebounds as well. The Houston Rockets fork over 11.8 offensive rebounds per game. They also give up 107.3 points per game, the third most in the league, to go with Porzingis's 13.3 points a night. The Knicks first round draft pick has been quiet scoring lately but can surely turn it around against a Rockets team that recently surrendered 114 points to the 76ers.

C.J. Miles (at LAL, $5,400)

Miles is technically listed as a small forward in DraftKings, but he has been playing the four spot. There is only so much room for everyone, unfortunately, but the name of this game today is three pointers, apparently. Miles has averaged 6.8 attempts, shooting nearly 50% from downtown all season. Against the Washington Wizards two games ago, Miles went 8-9, leading to his highest fantasy point total of the season. The minute-restricted-Kobe Lakers surrender the sixth most three point attempts with 25.9 a game. It also never hurts to be playing alongside the sizzling Paul George these days.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Marc Gasol (vs PHI, $4,500)

Gasol has also benefited from the absence of Randolph, grabbing 8.8 boards per game in that span; higher than his season average. The 76ers are already in the festive mood as December approaches, gift wrapping 615 total defensive rebounds on the season, a differential of negative 77; both league highs. It shouldn't surprise anyone that the 76ers lead in these categories, but this is another perfect opportunity for Gasol to end his recent shooting drought and produce higher fantasy points like he was in the beginning of November.
