DraftKings DFS Point Guards

John Wall (vs ORL, $9,700)

Wall has been heating up a bit recently, and he gets a great matchup against the Magic tonight. The Magic love turning games into shootouts, and Wall is the main focus of the Wizards offense. He has double doubled in seven consecutive games, and he’s also adding stats in each of the five categories. The Magic have really struggled on defense this season, and Wall has been hot in his last few games. He makes a great play in all leagues tonight.

Ish Smith (at LAL, $6,500)

Smith’s price is on the rise, but it’s still entirely too cheap. He has scored 42.75 and 45.25 fantasy points in his last two games, and he’ll continue to be the main focus of the Sixers offense tonight. He gets a great matchup against the Lakers, who have been one of the worst defenses in the NBA this season. Smith will likely be universally owned tonight, and he’s a “fade at your own risk” type of play.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

DeMar DeRozan (vs CHA, $8,000)

DeRozan has been on fire recently, as he has scored 35+ fantasy points in 10 consecutive games. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 25.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 1.0 steal per game. He’s a huge part of the Raptors offense, and Kyle Lowry recently told the media that he has loads of confidence in his shot right now. He’s coming off a dominant 56 fantasy point game, and DeRozan can be used in all leagues while he’s on fire.

Garrett Temple (vs ORL, $4,700)

Temple is a bit of a confusing prospect, as he’s playing huge minutes, but he isn’t scoring fantasy points. He has flashed 40 fantasy point upside, but he has also scored under 15 fantasy points in each of his last two games. His price is a bit high, but the Magic will likely turn this game into a shootout, and Temple is at his best when he’s scoring the basketball. He comes with quite a bit of risk, but he’s a great tournament option.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Carmelo Anthony (at CHI, $8,300)

Melo has been playing well recently, as he’s averaging 23.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game over the last 10 days. He gets a great matchup against the Bulls, who have been one of the worst defenses in the NBA against small forwards. He’s also a significantly better player on the road this season, and he has already dominated the Bulls once this year. He makes a great play in all leagues, as he’s a bit cheaper of an elite player.

Jerami Grant (at LAL, $4,400)

The Sixers may choose to have Jahlil Okafor come off the bench for the time being, as Noel plays extremely well with Ish Smith. If Okafor starts the game on the bench, Grant will likely draw the start at power forward. He’s coming off a huge game, in which he scored 16 points with 11 rebounds, two assists, five blocks, and two steals. He gets a great matchup against the Lakers, and Grant makes a great tournament option if he’s named the starter tonight.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

Nerlens Noel (at LAL, $6,300)

Noel has been playing exceptionally well since the Sixers traded for Ish Smith, as he has scored 41.25, 39.0, and 37.25 fantasy points in those three games. He has also started at center in each of those three games, which is the position he has been much more successful at in his career. If he draws the start at center again tonight, he’ll make a great play against a weak Lakers defense. If he isn’t starting at center, he’s best suited for GPPs.

Bobby Portis (vs NY, $3,900)

The Bulls are finally giving Portis minutes, as he has played 26 and 27 minutes in his last two games. He has scored 27.25 and 25.25 fantasy points in those games, and he’ll likely play around 25 minutes again tonight. He gets a good matchup against the Knicks, who have really struggled against the power forward this season. Portis comes with a bit of risk because his minutes aren’t certain, but he’s a great GPP option on the smaller slate.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Nikola Vucevic (at WAS, $7,900)

Vucevic has continuously been returning value on a nightly basis, and that will likely continue tonight. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 23.4 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. His price is on the rise, but he still hasn’t priced himself out. He gets a tough matchup against the Wizards, but Vucevic is fairly matchup proof, and he can be used in all leagues.
