DraftKings Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks (7/7/18): MLB DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on July 7th, 2018. Troy Klauder's MLB DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

With all 30 teams in action on Saturday, we've got a big day on DraftKings with four different slates to choose from. The featured slate covers the four late games and starts at 7pm eastern.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 7/7/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @TroyKlauder.

DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers

Corey Kluber, CLE (vs. OAK) - $11,800

You know that today's slate is loaded with elite pitching when Corey Kluber has five guys priced higher than him. Regardless of how many other aces are pitching today, Kluber should never see a price this low, which is why I'm recommending him. Even coming off of two weak starts, it's hard to be worried about Kluber, who still has a 2.51 Deserved Run Average with a 26.5% K-rate and just a 2.9% walk-rate. This is probably the cheapest he will be all season, so take advantage.

Robbie Ray, ARI (vs. SD) - $9,200

Ray got roughed up in his last start, but he should perform better against the Padres on Saturday. San Diego has just a .296 wOBA versus lefties, ranking them 25th in the league, and their 24.1% K-rate is the third-highest mark. Ray also gets to face them at home in pitcher-friendly Chase Field. Ray has huge upside in GPP contests for his 34.3% K-rate.

DraftKings DFS Infielders

1B - Edwin Encarnacion, CLE (vs. OAK) - $4,900

If you're looking to invest in an elite bat, Edwin is a fantastic choice today. He's got an .873 OPS with four homers in the last 15 days and gets what should be an easy matchup against Edwin Jackson. Jackson has only made two starts this year but had a 2.37 HR/9 last year, so Encarnacion has a good shot at going deep.

2B - Rougned Odor, TEX (@ DET) - $3,800

Odor has actually been fantasy relevant lately, with two homers and four steals in the last 15 days. He's moved up to the five spot in the Rangers order where he can drive in some RBIs against Mike Fiers. Fiers hasn't pitched as well as his ERA might suggest, as he's got a 4.70 FIP.

3B - Justin Turner, LAD (@ LAA) - $4,100

I'm loving the Dodgers bats against Angels starter Deck McGuire, who has a 7.56 ERA this year and got shelled for five earned runs his last time out. Turner is in an awesome spot batting third against him, and comes at a low price. Turner's .264 BABIP means that there's likely some positive regression on the way for him, and he's already got a 117 wRC+ with more walks than strikeouts.

2B/SS - Ketel Marte, ARI (vs. SD) - $3,500

Marte is down near punt-level prices, so I like him as a salary relief option against Tyson Ross. Ross gave up seven earned runs in his last start, so if the Diamondbacks hang some runs on him, Marte will likely get some production at a low cost. Ideally you can pair him with a guy like Paul Goldschmidt ($5,400) or A.J. Pollock ($5,000).

DraftKings DFS Outfielders

Ender Inciarte, ATL (@ MIL) - $4,500

Inciarte carries lots of value as the Braves leadoff man in one of the best hitting environments in baseball in Milwaukee. He will get plenty of plate appearances and the chance to score some runs against Aaron Wilkerson. Inciarte can also help you on the basepaths, as he's got 23 steals.

Josh Reddick, HOU (vs. CWS) - $4,000

I'm targeting Reddick in cash games for his high floor - as the Astros five hitter, he should see plenty of opportunities to produce. Opposing starter James Shields has a 4.53 FIP this season, so he's a starter to target.
