DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (11/8/24)

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for Friday (11/8/24). His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

November rolls on with four games on tap for tonight. The ACC and Big Ten (18) were kind enough to add some Power 4 flavor to our night.

We begin on Tobacco Road with Cal taking on Wake Forest. Rice heads to Memphis for a Friday night tilt. Next up is Iowa in the Rose Bowl -- a familiar place for the Hawkeyes -- except this time they are playing a regular-season conference game against UCLA. We end down in San Diego with New Mexico in town.

In this article, I will provide my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/8/24, locking at 8 p.m. Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower end. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Seth Henigan, Memphis ($8.4K)

With the way that Rice is playing, I expect this game to stay close. This is especially true when you consider the defensive shortcomings of Memphis. Henigan has thrown at least 30 passes in every game this season and topped 50 attempts twice. If this stays close, the volume for Henigan is going to be unreal.

Fernando Mendoza, California ($6.4K)

Mendoza nuked Oregon State before the bye, putting up the best game of his career. He can build on that against a Wake defense that has allowed 287.8 passing yards per game. Mendoza hasn't turned the ball over since Week 6, so you get a little more bang for your buck when he isn't giving points back.

Also consider: Devon Dampier, New Mexico ($9.9K); E.J. Warner, Rice ($6.2K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Kaleb Johnson, Iowa ($10.4K)

What would Friday be without a star running back? We've had Ashton Jeanty on the past few Fridays, but we have to settle for the consolation prize tonight. UCLA's run defense has been about the only consistent part of the team this season.

This is not a great matchup for Johnson, but his low mark of the season is 17.1 DraftKings points against Ohio State. If he can do that kind of damage against one of the best defenses in the country, he can still have solid number against UCLA. Again, solid for Johnson is in the 20s.

Marquez Cooper, San Diego State ($8K)

We'll pay up at running back tonight. New Mexico has one of the worst rush defenses in the country. The Lobos are allowing 237.22 rushing yards per game and have allowed a staggering 26 rushing touchdowns in nine games. Cooper is getting most of the carries for the Aztecs lately and could have a monster game here.

Also consider: Mario Anderson Jr., Memphis ($9.4K); Jaydn Ott, California ($7.1K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Roc Taylor, Memphis ($6.3K)

There's a good chance that Henigan will fly the friendly skies a lot in Memphis tonight. If he does, Taylor is going to have a strong game. Demeer Blankumsee is still questionable to play tonight. If Blankumsee is in, use him over Taylor or both if you can. If Blankumsee is out, use Taylor in every lineup.

Jordan Napier, San Diego State ($5.3K)

The electric Devon Dampier will keep New Mexico in most games. If that happens, the Aztecs are still going to do some damage through the air. Napier caught eight passes against Boise last week. He and Danny O'Neil are often on the same page. That's a good thing.

Jack Endries, California ($4.8K)

Endries has 23 receptions in the last three games alone for 275 yards. The bad news is that he has only one touchdown, but the volume at this price is more than enough to make up for it. This is a great spot for Endries tonight.

Also consider: Luke Wysong, New Mexico ($7K); Ryan Davis, New Mexico ($5.1K); Taylor Morin, Wake Forest ($4.7K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

San Diego State

Danny O'Neil is really cheap and Cooper has the best matchup on the entire slate. I like adding Jordan Napier to this, but I may not go any deeper than three in this stack.

Memphis

I can see stacking the Rice side of this too, but Memphis has the more proven players. Henigan, Taylor, and Anderson the main pieces you want. I  like Blankumsee a lot if he plays as well.

Also consider: Rice, California
