DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (10/11/24)

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for Friday (10/11/24). His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have a nice Friday night again with four of the six teams in action belonging to power conferences. Not only that, but we have a confirmed starting quarterback for Utah! If you've followed the Utes (or played DFS on a slate containing them) over the last two years, you know that's unusual.

We start in College Park with Maryland hosting Northwestern. Next up is UNLV heading up to Logan to face the Aggies. We end in Arizona with Sparky hosting Utah. This is going to be a good one!

In this article, I will provide my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 10/11/24, locking at 7 p.m. Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Cameron Rising, Utah ($7.9K)

I would be lying if I said I'm not nervous about using Rising in his first game back, but we all remember what he did in Week 1, right? The ability is still there. If he's starting, I have to believe Utah has full confidence that he is in the best possible shape. It wouldn't use him otherwise. What's another redshirt after seven college seasons?

If he is in his best game shape, this price is very low considering his ability. Rising isn't as elusive as he was two or three years ago, but the arm might be better. If Rising can play the whole game, he has a massive ceiling. I'm not sure I can get there in cash builds, though.

Hajj-Malik Williams, UNLV ($7.5K)

UNLV might have lost to Syracuse, but Hajj had another big game. He only missed the target on four of his 25 pass attempts and ran for another 53 yards. Boise State put up monster numbers on the Aggies last week. It's UNLV's turn tonight.

Also consider: Billy Edwards Jr., Maryland ($8K); Spencer Petras, Utah State ($6.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Jai'Den Thomas, UNLV ($5.7K)

We all saw what Ashton Jeanty did to Utah State last week in just one half of football. Thomas isn't the workhorse that Jeanty is and Williams will cut into his touches, but Thomas will still get enough chances to put up big numbers tonight. Did I mention that he returns kicks, too? Thomas has a chance to have a major impact at a low price.

Rahsul Faison, Utah State ($4.7K)

We're not going to pretend that LeQuint Allen didn't expose UNLV last week. He did. Faison has three straight 100-yard games with at least 20 touches in all three of those. Volume is key, especially when hunting for a value play. Faison will get enough touches to have a high ceiling tonight.

Also consider: Cam Skattebo, Arizona State ($8.4K); Roman Hemby, Maryland ($5.4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Ricky White III, UNLV ($7.6K)

That's back-to-back games of over 100 yards and a blocked punt for White. We don't get anything for those blocked punts, but one of these days, he's going to steal a touchdown that way.

There isn't anyone outside of a power conference that can stop White. He's in for another big game. Wherever White is, Williams will find him. That's 20 receptions in two games with Williams at quarterback.

Jalen Royals, Utah State ($6.7K)

How bad is Iowa's offense? It's so bad that when Spencer Petras escaped Iowa City, he racked up 665 yards in two games as a starter. Royals has caught 19 passes for 323 yards in those two games with three touchdowns. The ceiling on Royals might even be higher than White's. You want these two target hogs in your lineups.

Brant Kuithe, Utah ($5.1K)

Kuithe caught three touchdown passes in the opening game that Rising started. He has two in the four games since. Expect Rising to look Kuithe's way more than Isaac Wilson did, especially in the red zone.

Also consider: Tai Felton, Maryland ($8.5K); Dorian Singer, Utah ($4.8K); Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State ($4.1K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

UNLV

The Utah State defense has been a mess all season. The offense playing better just means that other teams keep trying for more of the game. Hajj-Malik Williams and Ricky White III are must-plays. Jai'Den Thomas and Jacob De Jesus are the others to add for a full stack.

Utah State

I like a game stack here because of the strong defenses of Utah and Maryland. Those defensive units will slow those games down. You can run Williams, Thomas, and White from UNLV with Petras, Rahsul Faison, and Jalen Royals and still have $11.5K for your last two slots. Game stack it is!

Also consider: Utah, Maryland
