ANALYSIS: In case you haven't been paying attention, Domonic Brown (yes, that Domonic Brown) has been on fire recently. He is ranked 30th overall over the last 14 days, 85th overall over the last 7 days, and 110th overall over the last 30 days. Not too shabby. Over the last eight games, he has ripped four home runs, to go along with 11 RBI, five runs, one steal, and a .300 average. Is he going to keep up this torrid pace down the stretch? Probably not, but he may continue to be a solid contributor for your fantasy baseball team. If you're looking for some more offense, and some power upside, add Brown off the waiver wire and ride the hot wave. You may just catch lightning in a bottle for the last few weeks of the fantasy baseball season. After all he was a very highly touted prospect at one time, he hit 27 home runs in 2013 (so the upside is there), and he's still only 26 years old. Stranger things have happened.
