What's up RotoBallers. Welcome back to another day of NBA DFS actions. In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/20/16.

The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on FanDuel. The players I advise are the players that are in my lineup so if it all goes downhill, I'll be tumbling down right next to you. Let's get rolling…

FanDuel DFS Guards

Chris Paul - PG, vs DEN ($9,600)

Chris Paul has great upside tonight against the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets are not one of the better teams in the league, and Paul has at least 50 fantasy points in two of his last five games, making him one of the better options on the board for tournaments. He semi-struggled in three straight games now, so using him in 50/50 contests is not recommended, but he should definitely bounce back against the Nuggets uptempo, yet terrible, defense.

DeMar DeRozan - SG, vs BKN ($8,600)

DeMar DeRozan is the best cash game shooting guard option on the board tonight, as he is every night. With over 35 fantasy points in four straight games now, and over 40 fantasy points in two straight games now he is very likely going to hit value against the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets are not great defensively, and DeRozan is a great scorer. He has over 20 shots in two straight games now, and if Kyle Lowry starts to struggle, DeRozan will pick up the Toronto Raptors offense.

Also Consider: Goran Dragic - PG, vs ORL ($7,500)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

LeBron James - SF, at MIL ($10,400) 

LeBron James can be rostered in both 50/50 contests and tournaments. He has over 40 fantasy points in seven straight games, posting over 50 fantasy points in four of those seven games. Against the Charlotte Hornets, he posted over 70 fantasy points in 42 minutes. If the Milwaukee Bucks keep this game close, which they should, James is going to play hard the entire game, which results in huge fantasy success for him. James is a little bit expensive, but he is worth it in all formats.

Jabari Parker - PF, vs CLE ($6,400)

Jabari Parker did not play well in his last game, which was against the Chicago Bulls, but that is expected from time to time. Parker is a tournament only option at the power forward position. In his last three games, he has over 30 fantasy points in two of them. He posted over 40 fantasy points twice of recent, once against the Chicago Bulls two games ago and once against the Atlanta Hawks five games ago. For his price tag, that is great upside. If the Milwaukee Bucks want to win this game, he will have to play well against the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight.

Also Consider:  Wilson Chandler - SF, at LAC ($5,800)

Hassan Whiteside - C, vs ORL ($9,000)

Hassan Whiteside is one of the best centers in the league. As far as fantasy is concerned, that statement holds true, as well. He has over 40 fantasy points in three of his last four games, and it looks like he will not return to his mini-slump that he just came out of. The Orlando Magic are horrible against opposing centers, and Whiteside should definitely take advantage of that. He is an elite scorer and rebounder. Use him in all leagues.
