Daily Fantasy Hockey Lineup Picks (11/30/17): NHL DFS Advice for FanDuel, DraftKings

Tom Vecchio's top daily fantasy hockey lineup picks for 11/30/17. Expert NHL DFS advice, sleepers & player recommendations for FanDuel and DraftKings.

We have a seven game Thursday slate, and some very interesting options, considering four of the seven games have goal totals set at six, which is high. Should be some good stacking options, so lets get into it.

Vegas lines are big when it comes to picking games to target, and that's a good place to start for goalies. When it comes to skaters, goal totals is another main place to start. Usually 5.5 goals is average, so targets games at six, and can look for goalies in games with a total at five.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy hockey lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 11/30/17. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @DFS_Tom. Let's get to it, shall we?

DFS Forwards to Consider

Anze Kopitar - C, LA @ WAS (DK - $6,900, FD - $6,400)

Kopitar has five points over his last four games, and is often going over looked, since the Kings aren't known for their offense. He plays on the top forward line and the top power-play unit, so he will see plenty of ice time. The Kings have an expected Corsi For of 45 tonight, so projected to take a ton of shots, which is always good. He is averaging two shots per game himself, and can chip in with a blocked shot here or there. Kopitar is up against the Capitals, who are allowing three goals per game this seaosn. He makes a good cash game play, since we know the minutes and role will be there for him.

Mitch Marner - W, TOR @ EDM (DK - $5,100, FD - $4,300)

Marner is on the third forward line, but the first power-play unit, and seeing in the mid-teens for minutes per game. He hasn't had a point in four games, so with the role he has, he is due for a bit of positive regression, and a luck bounce or two. He has 16 points in 26 games this season, and taking about two shots per game. Not that expensive, and on a team that has an expected Corsi For of 46 for night, which is fifth highest on the slate.

DFS Defenders to Consider

Oliver Ekman-Larsson - D, ARI @ CGY (DK - $5,400, FD - $5,700)

Ekman-Larsson is one of the bright spots for the Coyotes, and he makes a great play in any format tonight. He is on the top defensive pairing and the top power-play unit, and a straight up workhorse when it comes to minutes per game. He also takes and blocks a ton of shots, so he can rack up points without recording a real hockey point. Ekman-Larsson is up against the Flames, who have the highest expected Coris For on the slate, sitting at 48. This will mean more chances to get free DFS points via blocked shots.

Mattias Ekholm - D, NSH vs VAN (DK - $4,900, FD - $4,500)

Ekholm has 15 points in 24 games this season, and averaging a bit under two shots per game. He plays on the second defensive pairing and the second power-play unit, and up against a young Vancouver team who takes a fair amount of penalties. Great for a stack tonight, especially at home, where the Predators seem to play better. He is also averaging 1.5 blocked shots per game, so even more DFS value for a player who isn't that expensive.

DFS Goalies to Consider

Devan Dubnyk - G, MIN vs VGK (DK - $7,600, FD - $8,500)

Dubnky gave six goals in his last game, and hasn't bee on the best streak lately, but he is simply a much better goalie than he is showing. He is at home and a -171 favorite according to Vegas, so he is in a spot to come away with the win. He has nine wins in 18 games this season, and has three shutouts in those nine wins.

Jonathan Quick - G, LA @ WAS (DK - $7,500, FD - $8,500)

Quick makes a great GPP play today, since most DFS players won't roster a goalie at Washington, since they are known for their offense, but haven't been the best this season. I think this is a great spot to attack, and with Quick only giving up two goals over his last two starts, he is in a groove, and the price of Hamden CT has a chance to come away with a sneaky win.
