Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineup Picks (10/31/17): NBA DFS Advice for FanDuel, DraftKings

There are only a few games tonight, but it is Halloween! For those of you wondering, it is also my mother's birthday. Little fun fact. Anyway, Happy Halloween, everyone!

The DFS lineup picks for 10/31/17 will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Let's not waste any time and jump right in!

DFS Guards to Consider

Victor Oladipo - PG/SG, vs SAC (DK - $7,700, FD - $7,900)

Oladipo has been playing at an elite level for the Pacers this season, averaging 25.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. He has the highest usage rating of his career at 31.5%. He's a huge part of one of the fastest paced offenses in the NBA. He also gets a good matchup against the Kings, and Oladipo can be used in all leagues.

D'Angelo Russell - PG, vs PHO (DK - $7,300, FD - $7,000)

This is going to be one of the highest scoring games of the slate, and it would be wise to get some exposure to it. Russell easily leads the Nets in usage rating at 34.2%. He has taken double digit shots in every game with the potential to take 20+ shots on any given night. The Suns have also been one of the worst teams in the NBA against the point guard this season. Russell makes an elite option.

George Hill - PG/SG, at IND (DK - $4,300, FD - $4,400)

Hill has struggled quite a bit this season, but this is a pick about minutes and matchup. Hill is averaging 28.3 minutes per game and the Pacers have been one of the fastest paced teams in the NBA. At worst, Hill will see plenty of opportunities to score fantasy points because of the pace and amount of minutes he plays. He also has yet to truly display the upside he possesses with his new team. He may be best suited for GPPs tonight, though.

DFS Forwards to Consider

Paul George - SF, at MIL (DK - $7,500, FD - $7,800)

Surprisingly, George has the third highest usage rating on the Thunder team. With that being said, it is still more than respectable at 26.2%. PG13 has taken at least 15 shots in all but one game this season. He gets a solid matchup against the Bucks tonight, and George makes a great option for his current price tag.

Kyle Kuzma - SF/PF, vs DET (DK - $4,700, FD - $4,900)

Kuzma is coming off the bench for the Lakers, but he is still fourth on the Lakers in minutes per game at 27.7. He has a usage rating slightly over 20%, and he is averaging 13.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game. He has been a better fantasy option at home this season, and he gets a solid matchup against the Pistons tonight. He is a player best suited for tournaments, though.

Marquese Chriss - PF/C, at BKN (DK - $4,100, FD - $4,700)

Chriss is an extremely frustrating player. He comes with elite upside, but he has also struggled with fouls this season, as well. He has played at least 20 minutes in each of his last three games, and he gets an elite matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, who are one of the fastest paced teams in the NBA. Chriss is a cheaper way to get a part of the Suns team. He should strictly be used in tournaments.

DFS Centers to Consider

Andre Drummond - C, at LAL (DK - $8,200, FD - $9,200)

Drummond has been an elite option this season, struggling in only one game. Overall, he is averaging 12.9 points, 14.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.1 blocks, and 2.3 steals in 32.3 minutes per game. He gets an elite matchup against a fast paced Lakers defense tonight. Los Angeles does not have anyone that is going to be able to slow down Drummond, and fouls will be the only thing that can potentially keep him down tonight.

Steven Adams - C, at MIL (DK - $5,800, FD - $6,600)

Adams is not part of the "Big Three" in Oklahoma City, but he is averaging 31.2 minutes per game this season. In those minutes, he has looked great with 14.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.5 blocks, and 1.5 steals per game. He's still fairly cheap, but he is a safe option with great upside. He's a player that can be considered in all leagues tonight.
